A very interesting EGM and AGM in Cambridge today, I guess the subsequent presentation will very soon be posted to the company website, definitely recommended reading.The Connode acquisition looks a very good complementary fit to reach out into markets accepting a higher price-point; the initial contract within SMIP opens-up a whole new geographic area of business (UK) and potentially an IoT network. No doubting the Exec. team enthusiasm and short-term UK roll-out traction.The heavy financial involvement of the Board and Senior Managers in the placing is notable, even more so in taking shares and foregoing salaries of £704k over the next 12 months.Cheers, tightfist

Everyone to their own....but I will suggest that a marked difference in general trading of Cyan stock will be apparent following the AGM and more so, on 01.07.16.

Imo That's a strange way to invest. Holding a stock whilst it tanks from massive percentage gains ( this ran up to 0.6p less than 2 years ago) Especially as this thing has a propensity to drop and dilute. Rinse, repeat.
