Some are more patient than others gl23. Yours truly here has never been good with queues - the longer the worse. But I agree with the slightly weary bit. I have to say that the dark blue they use on this site is my favourite colour and it certainly is heartening to see it deployed today and to see a load of 'blue' trades. Like most folk on here, I am absolutely fully loaded with these shares and, over the piece, my average is round about 8p so I don't want to start 'rounding up'. Let's hope good news is imminent (although experience tells me that, on AIM, imminent can mean anything from 3 days to 3 years!). |

I think the board is full of patient and slightly weary investors hoping for news but resigned to the fact that any good news might come at any time but that it's not worth holding one's breath for. I was beginning to think I was alone on this board. Good to hear from you and looks like your timing may be well judged. Been a long time since we had any positive action, indeed, any action. Hopefully this might be a harbinger of things to come. Your info about the trading details is always much appreciated. The nice pop up on small volume is surely telling us something.

I had told myself not to buy anymore but, having been alerted to yesterday's late trades by DTB, noticed today that one could only buy 75k shares @ 9p but sell 300k well inside the spread so I bought 32,900, probably as a trade. A 50k buy immediately followed and now one cannot buy 10k and the underlying quote for selling 300k has risen. Hopefully back over 9p shortly. GLA! |
Well, well. Interesting end to the day, at or near the top end. Should I get excited? History says maybe. This is around the time Montecarlo puts in an appearance. And what about all that corporate stuff supposed to be going on in the background? I want to feel positive. I will be positive. GLA (Why do I add that? It never works). |
Peak something anyway. Activity? The improvement in shareholder communication is taking its time to work through to the great unwashed. I don't mind admitting, I'm finding it hard to stay optimistic in the midst of this news vacuum. Next week? Montecarlo time? Will the world be my lobster? Happy New Year to all anyway. It appears to me that Mr Pontypool's first piece of work focusing on investor relations is to insist on/encourage a period of radio silence on these BBs.
If that's correct, I think it's sound advice.

You can sell 550K shares (£50K approx) without having to go through to your broker. At least somebody wants them, even if that's at 8.6p.

It is up to the company or trading venues to report suspicious activity such as insider trading. Would that happen if a company was arranging a rights issue? |
