19/11/2018 08:25 | IMO Should have been sacked back then and now for complete failure to deliver anything for share holders whilst trousering obscene amounts for ... err ... for what exactly? Let’s have some more low bar options for the team to reward them like big hitters. Something that they might actually hit. Imo they should be set above 80p because the share price was above 80p when the big hitters arrived. But we know they struggle to hit anything so to make it easy let’s set the options at say 0p :-) | lwaxf13

18/11/2018 07:39 | Good morning davep4 and all :) Not sure if we are involved in the National Grid project, but we can always hope ! About 6 weeks to end of financial year, so not long for the white label deal to be announced, if it indeed has come to fruition. I expect us to make at least £2-3m loss this year, but hope that the revenue generation is as strong in Q4 as forecast. Good luck all ! | multibagger
15/11/2018 15:31 | "The raising of circa £5m was with a view to take us through to breakeven - IIs were apparently not keen on further dilution after this round and wanted to ensure that there is no further a "cap in hand" moment." THE IRONY! J*SUS WEPT. | realist1950
15/11/2018 13:36 | Tightfist, I have met and chatted to DJP, the new NED. He has put in about £3.5m into CYAN and the second largest PI barring John Stamp - so I am sure that he would ensure that any spending decisions are justifiable. The raising of circa £5m was with a view to take us through to breakeven - IIs were apparently not keen on further dilution after this round and wanted to ensure that there is no further a "cap in hand" moment. The Phillipines RNS is a distribution agreement - so not sure as to when and what quantum of revenues will accrue to us. I would rule out any contribution to the 2018 year end figures from the Phillipines - though I would love to be wrong ! | multibagger

15/11/2018 10:35 | Old news it would seem, announced today. No numbers mentioned.....(not even of the 'received but not yet delivered' kind!!)_ Looks like a desperate attempt to support 10p (in my opinion). ADYOR. | realist1950
15/11/2018 07:44 | Harry Berry, CyanConnode's Chief Operating Officer, commented: "CyanConnode is very pleased to have entered into this partnership with Adtel, who will provide a distribution channel for the Company's smart metering RF network technology in the Philippines, thereby increasing global reach. "CyanConnode's cost-effective technology enables it to break into emerging markets and its partnering with Adtel gives it a tactical and logistical advantage over selling directly to customers." | cpap man
15/11/2018 07:35 | Agreed, at the very least NED DJP (has anyone met him?) can ensure that future spending is well targeted; whether they will need more cash before/unless they go positive remains to be seen. It is surely a sector of our times, this morning's Phillipines RNS is testament to that, making money is proving more tricky!! | tightfist

15/11/2018 07:07 | Agreement with Adtel RNS Number : 4054H CyanConnode Holdings PLC 15 November 2018 Philippines Smart Metering Market CyanConnode, a world leader in narrowband radio frequency (RF) mesh networks, is pleased to provide details of a distribution agreement entered into with Adtel Inc ("Adtel") to distribute CyanConnode's smart metering RF network technology in the Philippines. Adtel distributes communication network equipment across the Philippines and its parent company Lopez Inc also supplies the electric power distribution sector in the region. Both are able to offer its customers CyanConnode's smart metering RF network technology. Under the terms of the agreement, entered into in August 2018, which includes sales performance milestones, Adtel and its subsidiary Quantum Renewable Inc will distribute CyanConnode's Optimal technology, an end-to-end smart metering RF network solution that includes software and RF network management tools, including head end software. Further details can be found at: hxxps://www.quantumr Rising demand for electricity and growing penetration of renewable energy technologies have been posing major challenges to utilities in Southeast Asia. This has brought smart electricity grid technologies to the forefront and Northeast Group LLC, a market intelligence firm based in Washington, D.C., with expertise in the smart infrastructure and smart grid sectors, has forecast that Southeast Asia will invest $9.8 billion in smart grid infrastructure over the next decade. It estimates the largest market segment will be Advanced Metering Infrastructure where an investment of $4.6 billion will be made1. CyanConnode estimates that the addressable market for smart meters in the Philippines alone is close to 21 million units, providing a sizeable market opportunity2. Harry Berry, CyanConnode's Chief Operating Officer, commented: "CyanConnode is very pleased to have entered into this partnership with Adtel, who will provide a distribution channel for the Company's smart metering RF network technology in the Philippines, thereby increasing global reach.
