30/1/2009 09:29 | rob - your sales estimates are completely ludicrous. You may as well assume that they sell 1,000,000 units and strike oil in their backyard! Regarding fundraising, the auditors made a statement about the company's going concern status and the company have already proposed to devalue the par of their stock to 0.01p. That tells you something, just like seeing a guy wearing a balaclava and carrying a sawn-off outside a sub post office tells you something. In both of these situations we can deduce what is being planned with a very high degree of probability. Of course, we may be wrong in both cases but the evidence is strongly stacked in favour of a certain course of action. Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
30/1/2009 09:27 | Knowing , I am like you out and now got a lump left on to nowt .They can do what they want now I am in for a free ride . | h d shoring
30/1/2009 09:27 | Dell give it a rest! We are a wee fed up of your ranting! The share price is rising on facts (see rns) and still has a long way to go. Buy some shares now and enjoy the ride. This has the potential to better the recent rises in playgolf and gcm IMHO. | harmoye
30/1/2009 09:23 | Dell, a placing is a possibility, but its not guaranteed. They currently have 35 machines in the market place. Say they secure an order for just another 35 (Remember the market currently has over 5000 of these machines) they could go to the bank for the money if they needed it. They will only need to raise more funds via a placing if they do not sell any machines, which is highly unlikely given the fact that they are the only company with this machine, which is better than what is currently available. Say they sold a modest 100 of these machines over the next 12 months. That would tripple the company profit. Bite your lip Dell and buy a few :) | robandkerry
30/1/2009 09:23 | dell You are wasting your time trying to reason with Tara, i tried that with Stp but anything negative is not discussed, i filtered tara a long time ago and glad i did ! Cant believe this has doubled and more, another decimal pryamid play, those in at the bottom win, a lot will get trapped ! | 8trader
30/1/2009 09:21 | tara - There are always positive and negative "what if" options like bids, or delisting(which seems to be current favorite) for any company. However, it usually makes more sense to confine our analysis to reality. Reality here is the company posted a circa £1.4mln trading loss for the last year, the company is proposing to devalue the par value of its stock to enable it to issue new stock at below 1p per share and the auditors emphasised that the company needed to increase sales to remain as a going concern in the last annual accounts. Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
30/1/2009 09:15 | Dell, we love u, however as you say , even you are finding it hard to understand all the buys, not just punters on the BB. What if a bid is on the way.? How about say 10 or 20 orders on the way.? Also might it just be that if they do not go bust, they are far, far to cheap. profits could run into millions over the next few years. | tara7
30/1/2009 09:09 | Will - you seem to think it's fine for other people to post any old bull as long as it's positive, so I will continue posting my rather more realistic take on events. On iii and here I've seen some rather strange posts trying to apply a PE to the last results! If you look at the last figures, you'll see they actually lost circa £1.4mln over the last year. The forex gain is unrealised and more of an accounting treatment than part of the annual trading result. It is certainly unlikely to be repeatable, so it's completely daft to apply a PE to it! i.e. if Dellmoney PLC loans its subsidiary Lossmaker LLC in the States $2mln a year for five years and they lose the money each year and keep asking for more, I put it on my books that their debt to Dellmoney of $10mln equates to £5mln at $2 per £1. If the £uk then devalues to only $1.50 per £1 they still owe me $10mln but in £Uk they now owe me £6.67 mln. I therefore have an unrealised gain of £1.67mln to put through this year's P&L at Dellmoney. The fact that lossmakers LLC is continuing to lose money and needs more money rather than paying me back makes my paper gain rather meaningless. Whilst CUS results say very little about the forex gain in the notes, my assumption is that it is referring to a similar situation to that I've described. Hopefully, my assumption isn't too far from reality. Similarly a reversal in currency strengths may well have the opposite effect on the income statement going forward. It's also worth noting that in the RNS of Jan 09, Customvis are proposing a resolution to lower the par value of their stock to 0.01p. The only reason for doing this is to enable them to issue additional equity at below 1p per share(as it is illegal to issue stock below par under UK company law). Therefore you would appear to be buying into a heavily lossmaking company that is preparing the way for an additional equity issue below 1p. IIRC, the auditors also made an "emphasis of matter" statement regarding the company's going concern status in the last results. You may wish to take a look. It's also worth noting that an institution dumped(did they dump because they were sounded out for participation in another funding round?) at 0.15p recently, hence why Winterfloods, the market maker, ended up with circa 10% of the company and has been happily marking up the share price to draw in punters over the last couple of days. I doubt if they'll be so keen to take that stock back onto their books.... Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
30/1/2009 09:05 | Did anyone check out DISL up 40% today :) | robandkerry
30/1/2009 09:02 | dell314 You now have posted the same message 4 x....M8 we have heard you...now buy some or go away theirs a good chap. | will1734
30/1/2009 08:54 | There must be a lot of mugs around who actually think the company is profitable due to that forex gain! I've even seen some looneys applying a PE to the figure including the forex amount. PMSL! However, I'm amazed at the number of trades going through on this.. I guess they'll get a bit of a rude awakeneing if the company manages to proceed with its apparent plan of issuing millions of new shares below 1p. How many are they going to have to issue to raise a meaningful amount of cash at sub 1p? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
30/1/2009 08:51 | Sold a few to buy PPR today but will hold the rest. | knowing

30/1/2009 08:24 | Check out the charts. As Tara pointed out yesterday Customvis have been to 85p! That was before this latest technology and Customvis mission to replace aging machines with their latest high tech world beating model (see rns) | harmoye
29/1/2009 21:48 | John. You should take warning of what dell says about Wins ! They took a huge block of stock and will be bidding up the price so long as people buy but all you will be able to sell is the nms 4-5 grand, you must be nuts to advise people that in Cus, you try and sell with 2 mm's quoting nms and you will get murdered, if you are going to buy keep it small, that way you can sell them at the right price ! | 8trader
29/1/2009 21:11 | why not put 4-5 grand in a small company like this I predict a rise of 50% tomorrow and 60% on monday as shares that rise steeply on thursdays always carry on the rise through the weekend. Not much to loose anyway only peanuts invested | johncraven
29/1/2009 20:43 | Will take a look at that robandkerry, pennyshares could give anyone with paitence some real good returns with todays markets. IVE could be a steal also. Got back into CUS today after bailing out last year. | gavios
