17/8/2010 02:45 | moosh2, We are now. Shame really, i expect they will keep the tech and relaunch it leaving us poor sods with nothing. | wattzy

29/6/2010 14:36 | So bob morton now owns most of this. Are we no longer suspended then? | fur
20/4/2010 17:14 | Got a reply from the CEO today pretty quickly, basically staing the company had no other option. I asked about still looking for funding but got no answer. Basically it was thanks for the email, a regretable situation and news will be released on AIM through usual channels, presumably while we are listed. Was hoping for we are still trying or something along those lines but unfortunately not in the reply i received. At least the reply was prompt, so i imagine they are doing there best to sort out the short term finance. Who knows Good luck | wattzy
19/4/2010 17:16 | "We have a lot of support (for the capital raising), we just need to close the deal." It sounds to me like they are still trying to raise capital, but as a deal has not been done, and they are not in a position to pay wages, they have no choice but to put the company into administration, as they are not legally allowed to trade if they know that the company is not in a position to meet its obligations. This does not mean that a deal will not be done in the near future, and the company will then be in a position to meet its obligations and continue to trade. Its not a dead duck yet, but they need to get a deal signed pretty quickly in my opinion. The longer this drags out the less chance it will have of coming back. | robandkerry
19/4/2010 16:52 | that don't read particularly well. perhaps we should've done our research last week and we could've sold!!!!!!!!! | moosh2
19/4/2010 12:39 | i just assume suspension = admin. just to be ultra-doomful. why can't they just do a placing or open offer or something?! | moosh2
19/4/2010 12:32 | CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT I am pleased to report on the Group's activities for the first half of the 2009/10 financial year. Our solid-state laser technology with its enhanced performance specifications continues to gain global recognition and sales enquiries have been growing to record levels. Does that sound like a company about to go into administration? | robandkerry
19/4/2010 12:24 | all sounds a bit childish to me. | moosh2
19/4/2010 12:22 | We are also continuing to see negative marketing directed towards us by anonymous parties assumed by the Directors to be associated with the July 2009 EGM, which is having an adverse effect on our sales performance. At the recent winter ESCRS meeting held in Budapest, strong interest was shown in our laser. This was helped by a leading UK ophthalmologist presenting their results, which were very positive on the performance of our laser. We are now dealing with a record number of sales enquiries. | robandkerry
19/4/2010 12:21 | Received from suspension but never tried admin, one would hope they are still trying to rectify the situation or get a buyer for the tech. Unfortunately we are all last in line. Another sit and wait for next announcement. Have had PUR,UEN,EEL,TMAN and MDX suspended. PUR and UEN sorted the problems, got out with 2.75p from EEL and still waiting on MDX and TMAN, they never actually went into admin though. | wattzy
19/4/2010 12:15 | has anyone ever received anything back from a company that has gone into admin? ..and HZM on the up too!! wahoo!!! | moosh2
19/4/2010 12:07 | Agree rob something stinks and it's probably something to do with the bit in the interims about a 3rd party causing problems, can't remeber off hand what it was. | wattzy
19/4/2010 12:03 | Almost 2p per share in assets, plus the business, goodwill etc. Should be worth 3 per share min to a new buyer. My average is 1.2 so im looking at a nice profit. | robandkerry
19/4/2010 12:01 | I'm sticking with BEM, BAO and HZM at the mo but will take a look. | wattzy
19/4/2010 12:01 | robandkerry. you'd think. they'll no doubt flitter the assets away somehow without a thought for us mere mortals. | moosh2 |
