Dell do you hold any shares? Why are you are posting every five minutes? Give it a rest mate. We have all read the rns and at this price it's worth a punt.

Playgolf has gone crazy on no great rns just future prospects.

If Customvis has the technolgy to replace the old aging gas type lasers then the sky could be the limit.

tara - They can place stock at any price they want as long as it's above the par value. However, there isn't much money around at the moment and CUS have plans in place to drop their par value. Whilst it isn't 100% certain, that plan makes it fairly obvious that they expect to place below the current par value in any fundraising.

WINS are masters of gamesmanship, their rapid raising of the sp, as they've been selling has generated loads of interest and pulled in loads of PIs.
It'll be interesting to see what happens when the fast money chooses to move on and they start selling....

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

I should state Wins lifted the price PRIOR to any trades yesterday.

Wrong, they may be looking at a placing, however it could well be Above todays stock price. AGM next week could be upbeat, shares could jump to 2p or 3p. A takeover may be on the cards. Something i do not understand, Wins lifted the price after the RNS yesterday after starting the day a lot lower. I may be wrong but all 17m may have been sold on first thing. Any ideas, [they put out the RNS and would have known it was on its way.]

tara7 - If there was no plan to issue new equity at sub 1p, there would be absolutely no need to lower the par value from 1p to 0.01p.

Whilst neither of us can know exactly what they will do, dropping the par to 0.01p clearly signals they are pursuing the option of a discounted placing.

Dell, wins bought at a price they could sell at, ie buy cheap and sell high. Punters have piled in and WINS have done well, [if they, WINS have been selling, they may not, we will no doubt see with the next RNS. Next you harp on about the plan to issue new equity, What plan, and what price, you and i have no idea what the company will do. Also the overhang may have gone at 9 AM yesterday.

tara - I'm glad we now agree that the only reason for the capital reorganisation plan announced on 9th January is to allow them to issue new equity at below 1p per share(which they can't currently do).

We also both know that the main reason the share price has risen rapidly since yesterday AM is because Winterfloods are holding millions of shares and the best way to make a huge markup is to keep pushing the bid up to entice in penny share punters. WINS must be making well over 200% profit on every punter buy at the moment. Only a couple of hundred quid of sales earlier caused an immediate drop by both MMs. What chance is there of all the penny share punters buying in today and yesterday selling out at breakeven, or a profit? As soon as WINS start getting hit with a few sales, they'll drop this faster than you'd let go of a red hot rock!

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Good post Tara. When a company is adding to it's sales team and getting US distributors it's a screaming buy in anyones language. Especially with a market capitalisation of just 1/2 a million quid.

you can't issue new equity below par value, that's why we're having a reorg, so the equity can be issued below current sp

Dell314 this is not ICI, BP, VOD,!!!!!!!! ITS a company sold down to £400,000 yesterday.!! now, if they do not go bust, the only way is up. A placing could well be above todays share price, [if that is the route the company goes] also the shares could jump if "new" money comes in as the city will see they are not going bust. Fact is they are to cheap. Plus they have sales, and cash due. DO YOU WANT BLOOD.

tara7 - You've read the evidence but you haven't put two and two together have you?

"The directors are confident that they will be able to fund ongoing operations and growth through existing and prospective sales, and other options the board is pursuing....."

And

"....each of the issued ordinary shares of 1p each will be subdivided and redesignated into one new ordinary share of 0.01p each ('New Ordinary Share') and one deferred share of 0.99p each"....

Doesn't the second statement from the Jan 9th RNS make it pretty obvious that the "other option" they are "pursuing" is another equity issue at below the current 1p par value? This will clearly heavily dilute existing shareholders if a significant amount of money is to be raised. It might also explain why institutions have dumped: Assuming that they were given hints that an additional fundraising was on the cards.....
