14/8/2017 07:08 | Following the Company's shareholders rejecting the Board's proposal to cancel trading of the Company's shares on AIM last year, the Board has been considering a number of options for the Group. These include the possible disposal of one of the Company's operating subsidiaries and the Group is currently in discussions with interested parties, although the Group has not reached any definitive offer or agreement with respect to any potential disposal and there can be no certainty that any discussions will lead to a transaction, or the terms on which any transaction might be agreed, or its timing. Amongst other things, any potential disposal will need to be undertaken in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies and other applicable regulations. | colin12345678

12/8/2017 16:32 | Cannot see this rising Monday. 200% rise Friday and a RNS to say no reason. I think some pump and dumpers have forgot to dump and have trapped themselves in and are posting some real rubbish on this over the weekend in the hope of getting out at a higher price. | love it

12/8/2017 10:47 | love it; I missed out liabs because they contain £10M non-current relating to "onerous lease contracts". Look at the notes to the accounts - this figure simply tries to calculate any possible financial loss resulting from the business having to continue paying rent on the remainder of their premises leases, after early termination. In other words it may or not become payable, and only if they vacate the premises before the lease ends, and therefore cannot use the rents from their tenants. It's a purely hypothetical calculation and varies year by year. The current liabs are all easily covered by current assets, excluding net cash. Q E D. | philjeans
12/8/2017 10:09 | This will shoot up Monday should have brought on Friday | w0lf0fwallstreet |
