The company describes itself as "mission critical transaction processing solutions" WHat a load of claptrap. Shouldnt be quoted imho lookikng art results.


Anyone able to confirm how much debt this???????

Arbuthnot Securities have issued a buy note on this one, dated 24/7/08. They are going for profits of £1m for the current year to 31st March 2009 and EPS of 3p followed by £1.78m and EPS of 4.3p for the following year.

yet more good news from this overlooked company after announcement of recent restructuring and disposals. When the market recovers I see this as a good recovery bet.

However, Clarity has nevertheless suffered a difficult year as a result of contract slippage and cost over-runs in a number of subsidiaries, resulting in poorer performance across the second half of the year, despite a profitable first half. Shareholders will be aware that, shortly after the year-end, a number of shareholders requisitioned an EGM in order to effect certain key changes which they felt would improve the Group's performance. Although each of the resolutions voted on at the EGM held on 31 May 2007 was defeated, the publicity which the process generated served to dent customer confidence, with the result that several prospective contracts were lost or delayed in the process, and internal morale was also damaged. Furthermore, the process proved expensive in terms of advisor and other costs, as well as diverting management focus from the day to day operations of the business for several months, and all of these factors will continue to have a material effect on results in 2007/8. It was 77p but must be either someone close to the company panicing that the new magmt team are making real ground with their support (47.4% as per their circular) or it may be the management team but less likely at such a premium (if it is them they are there as only need 50%). IF someone close to co have to query how they get to do that as results due "end of June". As always, watch this space.

To register your support for the group, who are effectively behind te recent share price move, that are looking to remove the underperforming CEO, Graham York, send an email to [e-mail]. Circular received y'day explaining why they want to oust him ie the company and shares have simply not performed under York.
