"Shareholders in Clarity are trying to out Graham York- Main activists Bob Morton Steve Bellamy & George Mathews who own 13% of the shares.

Ex paper - unable to find link on Web site.

Have you looked as ASTO recently thisisme, back through the 180p and now at all time highs, (as I told you it would -;) ).

The statement says that the new business is still there but will be recognised in the next finiancial year. That is not a problem for investors, just for short term traders.

What's puzzling, though, is the mms bidding for stock both recently as noted by supreme mo and today. Still 50k and obviously way over normal market size.

If they were expecting loads of orders then you would expect them to announce them with an RNS when they get them.
No news is not therefore good news I would suspect ?

Hi Gg, good to hear from you. This is a very overlooked company and long term holders will be rewarded.

MMs bidding for 25k still and only offering 1000 shares... these could move very quickly with any sort of buying...

Whats the likelihood of reaching forecasts op profit and eps?? Bearing in mind that the co traditionally makes more in the 2nd half of the year??

Big trade dealt in the middle... will be interesting to see who has picked these up...

Unfortunately I bought far too soon, however it is impossible to get the exact bottom with any stock and especially small cap. ones and I am hoping that this has reached the bottom now.

About a month before the end of the year they said:

development.



Outlook



Clarity's trading pattern is normally weighted towards the second half of the
financial year. This year, that effect is more pronounced than normal, with many
orders scheduled for the second six months. Taking this into account, and in
view of our promising sales pipeline, the Clarity Board remains confident of
achieving market forecasts for the full year.


I do expect the results to be good and that they will say that progress has been maintained. My disappointment is in the drift down of the share price for no reason that I can see; something that can happen with small companies.

still selling limits strong, another 5k bought at 55p, seems this level is well supported by buys... currently long by a 10a now...

If you were a betting man this is me, would you think the trading statement would be positive or negative??

The reassuring thing that made me invest was the heavy director buying over the last 2 years. One director bought nearly 50k worth of stock near 80p if my memory serves me right, together with directors buying in january, they obviously want a return on their money!!

We can expect a trading statement in a month or so, which might help. Otherwise we will just have to be patient untill the company gets the recognition it deserves.

can buy 1500 at 55p and sell 25k at 51... good signs from here imho.
