12/4/2024 11:11 | missed that rns as appeared after close - thanks for posting Vasilis. I do like their partnership with TD Synex as they are huge globally and they also have some big quality II's on board. +£4 looking back at charts, so if they deliver, the share price will almost immediately be several fold up from where we are. | pre
11/4/2024 16:08 | Just in case one or two folks missed this morning's RNS as it was non-reg :- Chris looks a good fit and has the right background and contacts. Note also his founding of Cyber Cheltenham (Cynam) which just happens to be where a certain famous 'HQ' is based. I agree pre that small companies such as CCS and NARF are acorns today but have the potential to grow very quickly as there are clear barriers to entry for those who do not have the right security ratings within the intelligence and allied services communities. | vasilis
11/4/2024 14:08 | did a bit of digging - they recently secured a large partnership deal with TD Synnex, a global powerhouse with a $57 billion annual turnover, operating in over 100 countries, and employing 23,000 staff. They have some big quality shareholders on their list and current mkt cap is minuscule compared with what it was like. If they deliver then this will look mega cheap. | pre
11/4/2024 08:51 | i think there is reference within the recent rns regarding their exciting launch: | pre
11/4/2024 08:03 | Reading the TU of Darktrace I had yo ask myself if they were in such different markets from those of CCS. | cerrito
09/4/2024 11:33 | Thanks pre and I checked it out | cerrito
09/4/2024 10:58 | Cerrito - check out the post close trading update of 16/1/23 as it is mentioned there, sounds positive including todays upbeat update for Nightingale | pre
09/4/2024 07:39 | Rather a bizarre RNS this morning.I went through thr interims and there was no mention there of Nightingale and I have no idea of the context of the strong start to the year. Not one of my better decisions to have shares here. | cerrito
28/11/2023 13:05 | someuwin 6 Mar '19 - 09:06 - 1 of 92 0 1 1 Sheer quality and experience of the board tells you this is heading for greatness. >>>>> OUCH! How wrong can you be? | papillon

04/10/2023 12:38 | latest imc i will not reinvest until 1. Marry gets smile on her face /boys wtf are you doing/ 2. Tom converts 3. software starts selling - like 80 pc of their revenue 4. gross margin is above 60pc their current state is /very/ bad imho /margin, arr, software sales/ specially considering free trials, Sir Richard. academic connections etc..... | kaos3
08/9/2023 11:56 | i sold all long time ago at a profit.... and let the Co know in imc meeting that for me CCS is un investable untill all the debt/warrants gets converted. and cash flow break even. | kaos3
08/9/2023 11:14 | I have been looking at what to do here. Given current circumstances the financing deal as good as can be expected even if it adds £240k to the expense line and if Gresham House convert all the shares at 5.5p(85pc of 6.5p) they will have more than 30pc of the shares with their current holding. Good for them if they do £8m revenue next year and I note Hybridian comfortable with them being cash flow positive H2 24. | cerrito
24/4/2023 16:15 | Last weeks presentation - note the last question about the share price, is a funding round coming ? | broken_arrow1
19/4/2023 06:17 | arr is too low at 80 something good that rev per client is growing low productivity per employee not enough focus with too many products in too many acquisitions - it shows they are all coming from the state related entities and have no clue and respect for the small business realities another issue coming soon I would say - much more focus is needed. too costly for the shareholders to support all the activities in such a small entity - mom and pop activity size really... and run by big shots does not add up mr tom i thought you were going to move away slowly from the consulting ... but you can not do without it - meaning your software is not the best around i am not a holder - sold out at a profit long time ago but a keen observer. will not buy until notes get converted ... and i think so are many. meaning no share price boost until then. which is great as the share price will be even more decimated .... so we get is cheaper regarding the derisking dona boasting of 1000 rizikon users without further specifications - paying vs non paying etc is ... also including tax credit into revenue is in the same category.... i am very careful and have angst dealing with your reporting | kaos3
06/3/2023 19:43 | Tempting to increase one's holding here. But At year end they had £2.1m in cash but H1 22 operating cash flow deficit was £2.0m, and we know they have to pay deferred consideration in cash. Hopefully this operating cash flow deficit has reduced and they will come to a deal with Ilube on the note but surely a q2 cash call awaits us. | cerrito
06/3/2023 16:50 | As far as I can see Gresham House have not taken up their right to have a director, a pity as they do not take prisoners. On paper a very high powered board but not sure why such a small company needs so many of them. I wonder when we will be told when discussions on what to do with the CEO 's loan note are finalised. I cannot see how with the current share price they can achieve their ambition of doing more acquisitions. | cerrito
06/3/2023 16:34 | Somebody should have a 'cross word' with the directors | volsung
01/11/2022 13:20 | I sold long time ago but keep an eye on it. They are "academic governmental agency" creatures. Good at having connections, ability to attract people and presentations and get standards set (standards using their software) etc. Cost control , internal r&d , small is not in their DNK. If they get traction it could be huge. But competing on things like online identity etc with small"private" companies is a no go for such an organization.one stop shop model makes only sense if one has a killer app to sell all bits and partw around a must have. And rizikon does not look like being killer app to me - more and more. Suppliers safty must be huge today. If CCS does not get more traction soon at present supply chains problems - when then? | kaos3
23/9/2022 17:46 | I see that Hybridian forecast 2023 revenue to be £6.1m up from an estimated £4m this year but the Pretax loss to only go down from £3.2"m to £3m, despite the gearing effect of the increased sales Furthermore cash at end 2023 is forecast to be £236m, despite zero cash outflow from investing activities. Silly me for having shares here. Given the illiquidity of the shares I will grin and bear it. | cerrito
04/2/2022 15:34 | The CCS v. OSI full year results look quite comparable ... but for CCS shares you're paying over nine times as much. - CCS: 27/04/2021 06:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Crossword Cybersecurity PLC 2020 Annual Results; AGM Notice; Board Changes LSE:CCS Crossword Cybersecurity Plc "...
