Millenium increased their short position again on 6th Feb. 0.84% as of 6/2.

0.63% 1st Feb
0.70% 2nd Feb
0.84% 6th Feb

0.14% is about 360k shares I think, so pretty significant in the context of the daily volume.

Well, I can only assume that the market is happy with the white paper.
Sadly it does little to address the structural undersupply so those not on the ladder are not going to find it any easier.

Housebuilders struggle ahead of report

Looks like we have our first declared shorter on the FCA spreadsheet, Millenium International Management, with the following disclosed short positions:

0.63% 1st Feb
0.70% 2nd Feb

They also hold short positions in Bovis and in Taylor Wimpey.

Crest Nicholson are building a fairly large housing estate near Daventry. Three separate sites Fallowfields-Meadowside-Waterside. Its about two miles from the back of the Watford Gap Service Station. I regularly walk round to check progress and am always impressed how well organised and efficient they are.They provide some nice touches incorporating countryside features to blend in. So impressed that on the Brexit downturn I invested in the Company so hopefully if this is the standard set throughout I am going to continue to be a happy shareholder.

It will be interesting to see what the market reaction is to the white paper.
If the market likes it we could see a climb back towards the 600 line again.

With the housing white paper due next week, most of the builders reporting or updating the market in February and the 18.5p divi on the horizon this stock could easily reach £5.50 by ex dividend day.

Bought the old Crest Nicholson shares in the previous century; on a tip in the then much revered Investors Chronicle -- later sold for a profit

SP was £6+ at june pri to brexit

last 10 days the share price was £5.15

Since then profit 27%
also good
Forward sales at mid-January of £533.5m (2015: £511.8m), 4% ahead of prior year with 37% of this year's forecast secured (2015: 37%)

The only other CEO who has come out with bullish comment was PSN on bloomber,
Crsdt CEO was not far off saying robust growth

Barclays have upped the target price as well - from 595p to 628p according to N&P.

Compared to other builders Crst had 27% profit i think it was PSN then BKG
