24/1/2017 15:45 | Encouraging presentation I thought. I like the idea of a further new division to drive volume. Also nice to hear that they think the 2019 financials target is easier to hit than the volume target. Some guidance on FY17: volumes increasing "modestly" (low single figure %) and revenues c. 10% higher than FY16. Not a lot on IPRS, other than numbers for FY16 & FY15 legal completions showing strong growth. So perhaps further growth in the short-term comes from just building out the sites already committed. There was a question on what is holding back further IPRS growth with the questioner offering some possibilities, to which the short answer was "all the above, it's hard work". | 1gw

24/1/2017 09:24 | We remain committed to, and on track to deliver, our targets of 4,000 homes and GBP1.4billion of sales by 2019 | pillion
24/1/2017 08:33 | It doesn't seem to matter how good the results are, the market is not willing to give house builders the benefit of the doubt. The p/e and yield are both excellent so I will continue to hold. | salpara111
24/1/2017 07:59 | They usually make some comments on the current year in the presentation, and if they don't I am sure they'll get some questions in the Q&A section. | 1gw
24/1/2017 07:40 | Would have only been happier if there had been some mention of how the current year was going as we are now nearly at the end of the first quarter. Next years dividend upwards of 36p and earnings north of 72p. | gary1966
24/1/2017 07:23 | Very happy with those results. Op margin at 20.4% (together with a lower weighted average number of shares in issue than I had guessed) actually got them a bit above their effective mid-year guidance on eps, so that's a great result (imo) given the brexit vote happened in between. | 1gw
24/1/2017 07:22 | Super results on a quick reading, hopefully an up day today | ayl30
23/1/2017 16:26 | Looks good on the chart Let's see what tomorrow brings | pillion
23/1/2017 11:49 | Normalised eps forecast is 61.5p according to Stockopedia. I think you're right about the outlook statement...that will be key. Dividend is forecast at 27.4p and if this is maintained and positive noises made about continuing progressive dividend policy, that will also help and put a floor under the share price | maffs1
23/1/2017 09:42 | Any predictions on tomorrow? Forecast eps of around 58-60p? Outlook statement is key I guess | rhatton
20/1/2017 14:10 | I've bought back at 490p now the TM speech is out of the way. Crest back to being my biggest holding. Looking forward to Tuesday's results. | 1gw
17/1/2017 15:19 | I'm still in and expect there to be continual strength leading up to results when we might see a nice spike. Well done to those who have bagged profits...never a bad thing to do! | maffs1
17/1/2017 09:06 | I'm out completely now. Been a good ride here since 275p quite a while ago | aishah
17/1/2017 08:54 | Just taken some more profit at 497p, wanting to lock in some gains ahead of the TM speech. Crest back to my 3rd-biggest holding now. | 1gw
13/1/2017 18:07 | Nice close. | philo124
06/1/2017 16:37 | 499p in the closing auction. Almost back in that £5-£6 trading range. | 1gw
05/1/2017 10:07 | This has presumably been lifted by Persimmon statement but the two are a bit different. Persimmon dividend phasing is quite different and Crest has more exposure in London. However a bit of optimism is good to see! Good luck all. | bigbertie
05/1/2017 09:29 | Took some profit at 491p. Crest remains my biggest holding. | 1gw
04/1/2017 09:55 | Looks like Deutsche Bank have increased their price target from 525p to 564p. | 1gw |
