03/4/2020 11:06 | And there we go... Stock is currently off 12% at 162p and making a further new low, from over 190 yesterday - it's abit nutty, but that's the market for you now. That doesn't mean to say it can't bounce or won't eventually bounce, but this is the recurring theme, despite what appears to already be material mark downs in valuations, so perhaps the market is saying far worse is still to come. | sphere25
02/4/2020 16:29 | Fascinating watch here. Just been looking around for trades and noted this one had spiked so put it on the monitor - missed the move of course, but the movement in the stock is reminiscent of the market environment at the moment. Stock broke higher over 180 intraday to settle at 190 and then a buyer in size literally sat there for hours buying with an iceberg of 700. 700 isn't 700 - it's usually a significant multiple of that so it's a buyer in good size. The thing that stands out though is that in bullish times or less bullish times or even less bullish times (also taking into consideration of the severity of the fall to date), the market sees that buyer in size mopping up and outbids it and moves the stock higher. In these panic and fear filled times however, the market has relentlessly sold through that buyer and many others and moved slightly lower, even with the wider market popping higher abit. Ultimately, even those grossly oversold stocks can't bounce and some end up continuing to make further lows. Have to be very very careful out there. | sphere25

02/4/2020 12:11 | dripping in below 200p every day | dbadvn
01/4/2020 16:32 | Something to spot on the intraday chart, since 10am there are higher highs and higher lows, but on doing a double top the price came down to 180p, as speculators took their profits. | master rsi
01/4/2020 16:03 | You bought any yet? | badtime
01/4/2020 15:30 | Naturally what was earlier 181 resistance, was later support so once the retrace reached that point it went up again. | master rsi
01/4/2020 14:47 | Eventually the 181p resistance all morning was broken | master rsi
01/4/2020 14:20 | DBADVN well done on the post Another way to reach the 280p I said earlier £720M : 257M shares in circulation = 280p note : being excess of £700M I've chosen £720M | master rsi
01/4/2020 13:41 | Yearly report does not give an exact value for the land bank ,just says somewhere in the Finance directors report that its in excess of £700m | dbadvn
01/4/2020 12:41 | After the rise and then retrace, is looking like now it wants to break from the Intraday high plenty of small "AT" as usual but nice to see good-sized "O" buy trades of 4,500 and 5,955 | master rsi
01/4/2020 10:44 | There was a large trade yesterday, that could be an overhang being cleared | master rsi
01/4/2020 10:31 | at 31 October 2019 Net Asset Value per Share (exc. Intangibles) 321.27p | master rsi
01/4/2020 09:43 | re - What's the land bank worth per share? If the " less than 2/3rds of the land bank value" is true... then 280p would be the figure | master rsi
01/4/2020 09:32 | Maybe today will bee the day of starting thee bounce properly. Marked down this morning to 168p, that was the aim of the shorters, and then recovering well and the only builder up. note: the FTSE is down 200 points from the start | master rsi
01/4/2020 08:44 | What's the land bank worth per share? | montyhedge
31/3/2020 18:01 | Nothing fundamentally bad - others are perceived as higher quality , which is dubious . Now capitalised at less than 2/3rds of the land bank value alone , more than adequate cash to last at least a complete shutdown for 6 months , even a year ! For a long term investor this is the best bargain in the whole sector. I was a holder at 500p and I'm certainly buying more now. | dbadvn
31/3/2020 16:07 | So what is ailing CRST? Far worse than the other builders every day for weeks. Today more so: was 10% up this morning now 10% down! | deadly
31/3/2020 10:58 | What a life, all up, all down and now all up again Just follow me they say.... | master rsi
30/3/2020 23:51 | CRST is the worse performer on the 1 month chart compares with the peers | master rsi
30/3/2020 12:21 | Fall is way overdone today. Opened my first (small) position in this company. Will look to add at strategic points on the way up/down. | clarky5150 |
