They say not to buy shares before 9am, as the order book is not up to date with orders until then, due to that the spread is large at the start.

But every day it is during the 1st hour when the bargains are.

I is not 9 am yet but after the 235 points drop for the FTSE and 513 by the FTSE 250 the Market wants to pull back some of the marked-down, and CRST is the 1st one to do it.

update of trading
Due to the order book short of orders earlier there was and "AT" bid 193p and that was the lowest so far as it back to 202p and a bit lower again

KEEP an EYE
CRST 197.80p (197.50 - 198.10p)
The share had a well-marked down on the news of Dividend being suspended on the 19th, as most builders have done since. Is bouncing slowly from the lows for the last couple days. Has been the most markdown company of the Builders

Agreed.I've been a valued supplier to their business for many years and they will ride this through. Let the knickers spout utter nonsense, but as many as you can afford ?

Nice finish.

No dividend, no prospects...lol. I picked up a few more today and i'll look back in a few months and laugh, hopefully not to mself, rocking back and fore in the corner.

The market is pricing in Armageddon. Yep house sale volume will drop but it woun't take long for the feelgood factor to kick in here.

Denc,

TW are also stopping their divi.. Prudent thing to do...

How much provision did Crst make for redress of leasehold scandal?

TW are also closing all sites...

Withholding the Divi was the stupidest move ever. Look at the share price today. Sack the board.

Fill your boots on this ! I am a supplier to Crest as well as a shareholder. Access to 250m rolling credit facility, their land bank, this is a steal. Can it go lower, yep but buying at a 65% discount and holding, makes sense to me.

Was going to the AGM as live locally but have decided to do the responsible thing and stay away.

I bet investors will be put off by the stock market and go back into solid bricks and mortar property.
