It doesn't take rocket science to work out that, 1) The bad news is out and with 3 years of operating funds now available to get back on track the upside potential with contracts is stronger than the downside. 2) This has been heavily shorted so peeps will be looking to close out for profits when the shorters believe its bottomed and, 3) Plenty of peeps bought in at much higher prices than this and will be looking to average down.

We have had the bad results, followed by the bad press. I am hopeful now that this is the bottom and it will rise from here as things start to get clearer about future growth opportunities. Only time will tell.
