Another MM Buy at 30p this can't be held back much longer......Can only buy small volume online, have to use telephone for meaningful amounts..

Reg Biswell....I enjoy his opposing view and the charts he posts are interesting if you know how to interpret them.

Biswell is not a private individual but a serial ramper/de-ramper, probably a group of hacks working for the dodgy end of the hedge fund market. Ignore.

Please do not lend any credibility to biswell, the only thing he is short on is common sense. To that end I do not believe he holds any shares at all and merely pontificates on various threads upon matters he knows little, or, nothing about.

NTV: I'm short of time, but I'll answer your competition question over the weekend if nobody else does today. Results to 31 May 2006 will probably be announced at the end of September.

A analyst presentation is available from today on Cozart's website:

20 and 50 day simple moving averages starting to move up, looks promising.

Moving averages now turned downwards

Scope for rise on todays news I think will be limited by said averages .....but I can understand why Bros Hands are rushing it out as their share price drops

Biswell. I have to admit, you've got a wicked sense of humour! However, If I could give you some advice, I think that you should consider broadening the scope somewhat. You can only raise a laugh with the same material for a limited time.

Toadays announcements tell me that Cozart is desperate to build up business outside the UK so that it still has one when the Home Office contract for Rapiscan use ends April 2007

Chart says share price has now fallen away from support

The two RNS out this morning should convince even the most pessimistic(as opposed to idiots like biswell) that CZT is going places. I expect the share price to head for the hills on the backs of these two vitally important notices.

Exactly as expected! No attempt to engage in debate, just the same repetition of specious assertion. And so much of it, too.

If you think Cozart will not be hurt when these Specs are released , then you delude yourselves.

I have the facts at hand ... many here need to do some research into what is happenening in the UK regards drug testing.

From recent communication from the HO

'In relation to roadside drug testing, it might be helpful if I outline the current position of 'driving whilst unfit to drive through drink or drugs' falls under section 4 of the road traffic Act 1998. To prove a drug driving offence it is necessary to prove that a person's driving ability is impaired because of the effect of a drug. The Act allows the police to conduct two types of preliminary test to achieve this. The first test is a preliminary impairment test, the second a preliminary drug test.

It is the Governments intention to introduce a road-side drug testing scheme and work is currently underway to develop a technical specification which meets this need. This is because the Act only allows a preliminary drug test to be carried out using a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State. We expect to issue the specification later this year.'

'The Home Office Scientific Development Branch (HOSDB) is developing a sophisticated device that is expected to be able to detect and identify all drugs, including illicit drugs, prescription and over-the-counter medicines. It will be a couple of years before this device might be available and type-approved for use as the scientific development work behind it is highly complex. When the work is completed, HOSDB will write a full specification for commercial manufacturers to make and market the device.

'The HOSDB is also currently developing a device for measuring driver impairment. If the development is successful, the device will be capable of screening for all types of driver impairment not just drug impairment. Police will then be able to use the device in place of the field impairment tests currently employed.'
