13/3/2006 14:32 | Kneath It could be new orders, or, better still a decision by Philips to increase its stake. I have every confidence in my money being safe alongside Wallner's £1.78m purchase and Philip's recent 4.8% stake. | azalea
13/3/2006 10:41 | Frankly, all this talk of bottoms is quite unnerving. Oops, did I just see 2 buys lending a hand? I believe i did! | kneath
13/3/2006 09:41 | I would like this share to form a bottom before buying in again, don't mind at what price. | yam114
13/3/2006 09:36 | Bought in at 35p and arguing with my stop-loss on a daily basis. Who should win that one? What's the next news we can expect to influence this one way or another? Any info? | kneath
10/3/2006 18:15 | 20p and its going to snow in August! | azalea
10/3/2006 18:11 | cfb2. I concur with your reasoning. This little company has a very good chance of growing much more both organically and by accretion to its advantage as has already been demonstrated. QALBABBASS technical analysis is useful but its limitations must be understood. It is not 'the be all and end all'. One must apply it with a modicom of experience and common sense. This is a growth stock in a key area. | gombie
10/3/2006 01:56 | QALBABBASS: I can see your 20p target by following the falling trend. For those not accustomed to the intricacies (?) of technical analysis, let me illustrate: If you continue the falling trend you also get to 0p, which plainly isn't going to happen. The point I'm making is that at some time the falling trend has to be broken. Let me give you five reasons why I believe the falling trend has already been broken: Revenue from Home Office tests are set to triple with further rollouts soon (next one due this month). Spinreact is a mature business, but also a cash cow with a steady source of revenue. And watch Cozart benefit from the new distribution channels. The appointment of Chris Yates as Financial Director was a good move. The visibility of Cozart has already improved and will continue (note the Money Week article, the Investor Chronicle articles and the Numis and Clear Capital analyst reports). The ordering mechanism between Cozart and the Home Office has been streamlined; improving forecasting by allowing monthly invoicing. New saliva based testing hardware being launched with a 5 minute indication time (rather than the 12 minutes with current hardware) would surely give Cozart good chances of a win of any of the tenders for roadside testing in France, Australia or Italy. With the current status quo I'd personally consider anything under 30p a bargin. 09/3/2006 15:19 | National drug testing that is!! Also not many posting on here- another good sign LOL!! Q | qalbabbass
09/3/2006 15:18 | Indeed azalea there will be a 50% hike in september. By that time it will be at 20p. I really like this company and wanted to buy in when it was at 24p just over a month ago but could not due to the lack of funds. However I have still been following it. I was actually hoping it would penetrate that downward trendline but it did not. All the better for me as it will give me a chance to get in at cheaper levels. The drug testing is inevitable hence there is guaranteed growth for this comapny. Q | qalbabbass
09/3/2006 15:14 | Next target 20p IMO. Hit a 1.5 year downward trendline and has retracted aggresively. From a technical point of view its not looking good. Q | qalbabbass
24/2/2006 15:48 | If anyone has any doubts over the future prospects for CZT then I thoroughly recommend they read the interim report pages 1-8. I'm confident of a 50% hike in the share price on FY results in September. | azalea
22/2/2006 08:26 | Here we go again | leopold555
21/2/2006 22:24 | Leopold True, but only if you had it on your radar in the first instance. I for one did not until the MW article. Judging by the buying today, some others didn't either! | azalea
20/2/2006 19:15 | I am surprise peeps took so long to start buying CZT. You would think the RNS came out this morning. Leo | leopold555
20/2/2006 17:35 | azalea. Thank you. | gombie
20/2/2006 15:30 | Gombie I'm not sure about reproducing/copyrigh Cozart has agreed to a JV with Philips Electronics to develop a biosensor system to detect drugs in saliva. Philips has bought a 4.8% stake @ 25.56p in CZT. It has the option to buy circa 5m shares at the current price, or, @ 45p (which ever is the lower)within 6 months of signing the JV. Circa 77% of shares in issue are held by institutions and directors. In adddition to Wallner; another director- S. Noar, bought 281,390 @ 35.5p in June 05. DYOR. | azalea
20/2/2006 14:24 | azalea. Any chance you might please post that article for us to read? | gombie
20/2/2006 12:20 | alexei1 I included the 130k and should have said average 35.3p. I have not checked what he paid for the other 7m+. No matter, given the write up in MW(which I would have missed but for a second reading), I am very excited about CZT and halved my stake in another potential winner to buy. | azalea
20/2/2006 12:04 | Splitting hairs, maybe, but his last buy was 130,000 at 28p, bringing his total to nearly 12.5 million. | alexei1
20/2/2006 11:54 | If director Wallner is happy to buy 5m+ @ 35.5p for £1.78m, I'm very happy to put my money after him - buying this morning @ 34p.Yes!! At this level CZT is a snip. DYOR | azalea
17/2/2006 15:44 | It's their Special Feature. The article talks about the growing market for drugs testing. Their pick in the sector is Cozart. May be someone could find a way to copy the article unfortunatly I don't know how. | yam114
17/2/2006 15:31 | Yes please or provide a link yam114? | leopold555
17/2/2006 15:15 | yam114.Please could you copy and paste the write up here? | gombie
17/2/2006 14:53 | Good write up in Money Week today. | yam114 |
