Starting to wonder if the Indonesians have a reason for taking so long to sign GSA.

Maybe just because they can.

First bids will be in and now have to be refined. A deal cant be signed until the GSA is signed.

However once a deal is agreed that could be announced subject to legals.

Hopefully all sorted by end of Q3, one can hope!
