In interviews given by Hood and Bisht(EME) last week they stated that the GSA would be revealed between two weeks and a month... That should be around the middle of April(for the month date, sooner if nearer two weeks)!!

I'd take the time to speak to Mark hood he seems to be on the ball in regards to timings .he's quoted GSA within 4 to 5 weeks we are now only 2 to 3 weeks away from this in my opinion it is imminent

I don't understand the selling either. I have a couple of T20's sitting in profit and intend to sell some of my dogs to cover the settlement if Duyung isn't announced before settlement is required.
Don't worry guys as my entire holdings here including the ones I paid for aren't more than 4 million. However 4 million at say 1.5p/2.5p is a lot of money to me.

why people are selling is just beyond belief...my only thought is that maybe some are selling because it's the only share in their portfolio which is up and they can cover their losses on 88E!?

Investment for dummies 101...when the company you invested in announces they just majicked £4.3mln free cashflow, literally out of thin air, and the company is valued at 2xs earnings in the hottest energy sectors in the market right now, YOU DO NOT SELL, YOU BUY!

I don't doubt that MH genuinely believes the expected timelines every time he puts them out/let's them slip but I don't necessarily believe the dates info Conrad share with him is firm - I think they are (possibly deliberately) ambiguous.

Just for balance...and my take only, if MH came out previously with expected timelines for completion of the gSA, I doubt he has invented them. Our dear friend over on EME has posted the dates when the GSA was expected, mid 2021...and that was predicted much earlier in the year. I personally think the scenario is something like this...MH gets feedback on discussions/negotiations and the potential buyer of gas is e.g. just in the final phase of due diligence and has agreed in principle that if everything stacks up they will be in a position to sign the GSA in x no. weeks. MH gets very excited and lets this slip to the market even though CORO and EME are 'silent' partners! The negotiations breakdown...for whatever reason, a new entrant enters the game, and the negotiations begin again, all against the backdrop of ever increasing POG and hence price demanded by Conrad.

The analogy to the above scenario is how did the buyer of the Italian assets fail to complete for £300k (or was it Euro)? Jeez I would have sold shares in EME to buy the gas assets at that price if they were making Euro5mln in fcf pa!

Now imagine if you were a silent partner to the deal, you had promised everybody that your 15% was going to be worth 45k euro and you would be getting it in 2-4 weeks once they signed and paid the cash...it was a nailed on certainty...and then they failed to sign...jeezus begorrah, fekin eejits...but this has benefited Coro and so will the delayed GSA.

I'd imagine you would be very wrong just for balance .the gsa will be done within April those who have been here for two to 3 years can wait another 3 weeks I'd imagine

The gas will be in April some time .he said 4 weeks around 2 weeks ago so anytime mid April
