Posted at 07/2/2024 20:35 by srpactive You must be loving the share price you have been negative onmaestrano for years. Volume picking up though. dyor |
Posted at 07/2/2024 07:08 by clocktower There you go, more self mining and note those options are only subject to revenue targets not profit targets.Don’t give me all this clap trap about aligning his/ their interests with those of shareholders, I don’t mind options if they are set upon reasonable share price targets and PAT. Anyway it’s the sales team that will ensure revenue grows not the number cruncher. |
Posted at 22/1/2024 13:45 by suffolkjim 10% fall on tiny volume. It's almost impossible to know what the market thinks of ths share if they'll mark it down on this volume. |
Posted at 18/12/2023 15:52 by suffolkjim It seems like any buy or sell moves the price at the moment |
Posted at 20/11/2023 14:00 by suffolkjim The rise continues. Such an unpredictable share |
Posted at 06/11/2023 16:24 by clocktower The wide spread maybe putting buyers off but the bid is well up on the face price. |
Posted at 30/10/2023 10:00 by greybroath I'm an amateur at this, but I don't see the legerdemain.'Cash and equivalents' is a separate line to 'Receivables'. However, the cash flow statement suggests the cash is all underpinned by the share issue / equity, thus dilutive and non-recurrent. Meanwhile cash on hand is about the last 12 month's burn, so this company has a shortening runway. DOI: I own, comprises about 3% of my portfolio. |
Posted at 30/10/2023 06:56 by clocktower Any idea where Andrew Pearson ended up having raised years ago for MNO srp?We are in very unpredictable times and even in China now they are preventing IPO’s listing unless profitable, as I guess they have seen so many used as lifestyle businesses. Lots of great ideas but directors love to draw fabulous sums as they perceive themselves as something they are not, as very few deliver on dreams. CRDL seems to be one of those at present. DYOR |
Posted at 24/10/2023 20:08 by srpactive AllYes a disaster, the management doing nothing to support the share price from 18p to here and the small sells for a few hundred pound is wiping £millions off the share price and now we have a sell taking us negative. I continue to nimble but even I am down to breakeven, fgs. dyor active |
Posted at 24/3/2023 14:20 by clocktower No wonder they wanted to change the name from Maestrano and when you think they first raised £6 million then £2 million at 13p - here we are two years later and the share price is almost half that raise level.srp must be one of the few that can still sell at a profit, having bought some under 2p - done well i have to agree but sadly what goes up comes down. Still over £10 million market valuation - but what is the real value, as it is still loss making but the prospect are good with the US order I guess. However, I think they made need cash to support expansion before we see the share price rise to 13p again impo, DYOR "03.03.2021 Placing: "Maestrano Group plc ("Maestrano" or the "Company") Proposed Placing to raise approximately GBP2.0 million Maestrano Group plc (AIM: MNO), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announces a proposed placing (the "Placing"), via an accelerated bookbuild ("Bookbuild"), of new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company. The Placing will be conducted at a price of 13 pence per share (the "Issue Price") in order to raise, in aggregate, approximately GBP2.0 million (before expenses)." |
