A rumour always originates from someone else. That's the nature of the beast. Where did you hear it so it can be verified? Where? Did you make it up? Where? Remember when you got angry with rmart for not telling? Who told you? Were you telling porkies again? Be careful.

Helpfull,

I thought that you were supposed to be the less thick one of the 'trolling twins': the first half of the 'good cop, bad cop' variant: 'thick troll, brain-dead troll'.

So why the confusion over such a simple issue?

It was someone else's rumour, not mine.

Is your memory really that bad?

C'mon Hedgie. Where did your rumour come from? Publish and be dammed. Where did your rumour come from? Where? Where? Where? Are you telling porkies again? You little hedgepig. Be careful.

How close is the next fundraise?

At the start of 2021 Corcel had £180,000 cash.

Corcel raised £300,000 gross on the 18th February 2021 which costs of 10% would bring down to £270,000.

Exercise of warrants in April and May 2021 brought in £686,736.

Total cash funds would be £1,166,736.

There are costs though.

Administration costs of £493,000 can be expected for the half year to 30th June 2021. Same as first half
£150,000 was paid for 40% interest in the Tring Road peaker project.
£72,000 was paid for exclusivity at the Avonmouth peaker project.
£100,000 exploration costs at least can be expected from Mambare (£205,000 for last full year).
And only £200,000 was received to the accounts from the 12th May 2021 warrant exercise, not £300,000.

"£200,000 of these proceeds have been credited to the Company's account with the balance having been netted off and utilized to repay in full the loan facility originally announced on 18 February 2021".

That gives a present cash figure for end June 2021 of about £251,736.

But the company must be forward looking. Expected costs for the next six months include: £493,000(admin), £100,000(exploration costs), another £72,000(Avonmouth?) and perhaps £286,756 (loan repayment on 23rd December 2021 + 8% int).

That comes to minus £700,020 at end of December 2021. The next cash raise, as always with Corcel, is imminent. Be careful.

"Quick look at their recent accounts, are they not going to be needing money very soon?"

Good question to which the following may prove useful:

This only in the last 15 months:

December 2019 - £830,000 placing
April 2020 - £470,000 placing
June 2020 - £220,000 placing
October 2020 - £750,000 placing
February 2021 - £300,000 placing

And therefore one has to ask:

6 monthly "Admin costs" £493k.
Loss for the six months £526k
Cash at bank at 31 dec 2020 £180k.
Cash raised so far - squillions.

Net cash flows from operations (outflow) £536,000
Divided by six is circa £90k a month cash burn rate

"CORCEL – TODAY’S MAST IPO HIGHLIGHTS VALUATION DISJOINT WITH CORCEL. REVISION OF PRICE TARGET TO 12.91P. BUY.

... There is a lot going on at Corcel. It is abundantly clear that the company has a cracking pipeline of newsflow planned which could keep the share price nicely on the boil over the balance of this year, with lots of inflexion points which could give the market a chance to continually upwardly reassess Corcel’s value.

... Sum-of-the-parts valuation. Source: Align Research
Our SOTP valuation totalled £52.41 million. Based on the number of shares currently in issue (321,381,614) the per share valuation would come out at 16.31p. On a fully diluted basis, we have adjusted the number of shares by ignoring the warrants that are well under water as they are exercisable at 25p and 60p. This leaves a total of 423,344,819. Adding the funds that would result from the options being exercised of £2.24 million gives a total of £54.65 million, which equates to 12.91p. We have chosen to use this as our new target price – more than four times our previous target price of 3.19p.

We are more than happy to reconfirm our Conviction Buy stance for Corcel, with a new target price of 12.91p. ..."

I would expect this target price to be increased significantly this summer, to take account of CRCL's Tring and Avonmouth acquisitions, and expected progress on its nickel projects.

RUBBISH Helpfull!

I have never criticised the posting of a rumour.

All I criticised was the inaccurate negative spin being put on the rumour by someone who has just dumped their shares and wanted to buy back cheaper.

So yet another lie by yourself.

And how does someone get to be a millionaire, or multi-millionaire investor?

By being good at investing.

In contrast, you admitted recently that you've never had any real money, which is hardly surprising, considering your obviously appalling ability as an investor, and your horrific wasting of your time.

It's obviously incredibly bullish that CRCL, with a market cap. £6.33M., is attracting the attention of such big investors.

Professional? Don't kid yourselves. If you've got the money the casino will let any smuck lose their money. I am surprised Hedgie is now quoting rumours after berating rmart for spreading rumours. A sign of desperation. rmart was asked to publish the source of the rumour when he released it. Will Hedgie do the same? Hypocritical moi? It doesn't matter. A lie will do. Some mug will believe it. Even repost it. A woman spurned and all that. Hedgie had bought the dress and looked a real fool at the alter when rmart never turned up. Be careful.
