Transaction Details:

Corcel has signed an exclusive 30-day option to acquire the lithium rights at the Canegrass Lithium Project, which are overlaid on tenements associated with the Canegrass Nickel Project (rights to which are not included in this transaction), and has agreed to pay the vendor during this period a non-refundable option payment of GBP20,000. Corcel has commenced due diligence on the project and intends to complete this during the 30-day option period.

In the event that Corcel chooses to exercise the option to proceed to acquire the lithium rights at the project, the Company will issue HMAN 50,000,000 new ordinary shares ("Acquisition Shares") at a deemed issue price of 0.4p equating to GBP200,000 in aggregate. This represents a 34% premium on the closing price on 21 February 2023 and is also the entry price of the new cornerstone investor as announced on 21 December 2022.

I think a fund raising at the right price is definitely on the cards. But I’m sure Karam wants the price to be a lot higher than it is now. He wants this CRCL at multi hundred million market cap. That’s what he told me last week. Let’s see.

Historic exploration includes satellite imagery... with what is now being interpreted as pegmatites. The work programme of less than one week will be a first pass 'ground-truthing' programme to carry out rock chip samples to verify if it is pegmatite. The area also has meaningful potential for nickel.

The company also requests authorisation for up to 1,531,000,000 Extraction Conversion Shares (on a non-pre-emptive basis) as required for future loan note conversions and 314,905,800 shares as options to directors, employees, officers and consultants.Be excited.

LOL!Good to see a good use of shareholder funds to chuck out another confetti rns. It's worth it though, seems they are spending a week in the Aussie outback doing some light gardening.Still, I'm sure it will be spun as a multi billion potential and sold to the terminally baffled as such to wring a few % on the shareprice, because that's all that matters eh?
