Oink! Oink! Anyone?

£40,000+ a month in remuneration is being taken out of the company by the BOD.

What's not to like?

Scottie prefers it that way. He gets richer. Shareholders poorer.

Parsons can speak Portuguese apparently. He went to Brazil. Corcel, thus, has a Brazilian oil and gas arm. Too secret to let shareholders know about it. A little like the world class pipeline of FSG projects that were kept secret for 3 years, only never to appear. Can you see where this is going?

Be careful.

Most people don't understand what Scottie is all about.

Pumpernickel.

He's been trying to pump these nickel assets for years and got the share price to 0.3p, all the way down from 3.25p when this management took over.

Parsons, the Executive Chairman of a £1 million company has been in it for the bread as well.

Be careful.

It's a shame to miss these flash spikes. I need to offload all those shares I bought when this was a trillion dollars company.

Scottie and Parsons do make it easy for the buy high sell low brigade. So many lows to get out on.

Be careful.

Does anybody believe a word Scottie says?

Just listened to Sockbox interview with Mc Bus and Fare Home.

The only information any potential investor in Corcel needs to know:

Since Scottie and Parsons took over the management of the company three years ago the number of shares in issue has increased 10 fold; and the share price has declined 10 fold.

The company has lost it's control of Mambare (50% to 41%).

Shareholder value has been decimated whilst director remuneration is now a staggering £496,000+.

It is a £1-2 million company that has CEO and an Executive Chairman. Why? The Executive Chairman apparently dedicates 2 days a week of his time to the company.

Apparently the Executive Chairman speaks Portuguese, which is going to transform the prospects of the company. Although being able to speak English has not been a boon to the company in its recent dealings.

Take heed and steer clear might be the profitable course.

Be careful.

I knew it. You don't get a company like Corcel, with all its quality assets, not becoming a target for the big boys. I'm selling all my shares now so that my capital gains don't become burdensome. Nothing worse than paying millions in tax.

Be careful.

Christ I had forgotten about the upcoming biz dev trip to Copacabana beach.JP got the Brazilian creds. Speaks the lingo, knows the lie of the land. Couple of meetings , a round of caipirinhas and he walks away with a billion barrel potential in his hip pocket.Thats how deals are done in oil & gas. Basic. Everyone knows that.

The big boys will be running the numbers over Corcel, and like me they will be liking what they see. There's a big buy being processed in the background.

Be careful.

I think everyone's cottoned onto the game now. Bar Mike and the crew.

The idea that anyone would sell shares below the price they paid for them is ridiculous.

If this company sold shares below the share price, shareholders would think they are mad and get rid of the management.

The only exception is when it is for a cash raise. But that is putting food on the table so it is a good cause.

But this company does so many cash raises it is no longer exceptional.

All I will say is that I am glad I bought at the top of the spike this morning.

I will only sell when I am sure the share price is at the bottom of the trough.

Be careful.

the Company will issue the vendors (Peter Romeo Gianni, Geonomics Australia Pty Ltd and David Anthony Lenigas) 50,000,000 new ordinary shares ("Acquisition Shares") at a deemed issue price of 0.4p equating to GBP200,000 in aggregate.

Wasn't Lenigas that guy who stuffed all that oil and gas under London?

Once upon a time you could get hung, drawn and quartered for putting flammables under the Houses of Parliament. He's a larger than life character. How many quarters would that be?

No wonder the place is a no smoking zone.

Be careful.
