25/8/2021 21:05 | Nice buy shown up from yesterday! Reason for our strong day today, let’s hope they’re still adding Re-rate is on the way folks enjoy | chesty1
25/8/2021 17:16 | Actually, the pre-production Capex estimate by Wardell-Armstrong for a heap leach production system (Jan 2020) was for only US$20.6m (hence the term sheet!). The optional conventional CIL plant is estimated at US$61.4m. Given the high grades they are encountering it will be very interesting to see what the preferred option will be in the DFS and what the new MRE will be reported as. My guess is that they will go down the full CIL plant route. Chip | chipperfrd
25/8/2021 15:56 | Meanwhile the bid is slowly ticking north! 16.5p to sell in volume someone wants em on the cheap folks! Don't let em av em. | chesty1
25/8/2021 15:55 | The internet is a wonderful tool for fools and knaves. Adds a bit of humour to the situation in these uncertain times, don't you think. | corrientes
25/8/2021 15:51 | Also struggling with school level maths, maybe we should explain things a little more clearly. | nickypg
25/8/2021 15:48 | Plat - You use crude financing figures but the large mines tend to be underground, and these are the norm these days, which I suspect you've applied to CORA in proportionate terms. Great insight given that you're presumably not a banker. Tell me, though, since this is substantially an open pit mining project, whose economics are far superior to underground mining, (and the lower down gold isn't even that far down),and the basic infrastructure is there, you should give give us the benefit of your wisdom. This means providing a breakdown of your assumed costings based on the latest reports. If you can do this, I'd be a bit more respectful, and not think you're just blustering, which seems to be your style. | corrientes
25/8/2021 15:43 | So if I have 50 shares and I issue 25 new shares to someone else, how much amI diluted? | nickypg
25/8/2021 15:38 | Try again Nicky.. 2 over 5 is 0.4... 1 over 3 would be 33% that's why they call it a third. Geez louise | plat hunter
25/8/2021 15:31 | Not far off. The answer is 33% or 25/(50+25).My point stands, 60% is not accurate. The reason that I believe dilution will be even less is that I expect the market cap to increase on the back of a resource upgrade and a BFS.With a market cap of $100m (~2x current), the dilution will be nearer 20%. 25/(100+25). | nickypg
25/8/2021 15:04 | If you assume 50 mill mcap than ylur dilution is going to be circa 40% minimum Nicky. Please refer to my earlier posts, lots of ramping needed to mitigate the dilution risk. | plat hunter
25/8/2021 14:07 | THEY CANNIE OLD IT CAPIN....She's gonna blow Tick up coming. Walk it up baby. | chesty1
25/8/2021 13:18 | Assuming a market cap of $50m and your numbers of $100m mine build (80:20 debt:equity), what will the dilution be to existing shareholders? | nickypg
25/8/2021 13:15 | Nicky, what's the mcap lol | plat hunter
25/8/2021 12:54 | Nickypg, Can I answer that with a question? What do the issuers of the term sheet receive for $21 million | plat hunter
25/8/2021 12:28 | So $20m equity part?Please explain how that leads to 60% dilution. | nickypg
25/8/2021 12:27 | 80/20% debt/equity ratio Actual build cost 80-100 million | plat hunter
25/8/2021 12:12 | "They'll be depleted soon" ha ha ha | plat hunter
25/8/2021 11:34 | You can't compare assay results with a producer - those will be depleted very soon. These are in store, for safe keeping, so their value is protected. | glavey |
