re my list above: clearly many other factors come into play regarding economics of any deposit. Depth and nature of mineralisation are major factors.

Although the column spacing has been mucked up it can be seen that the 'From (m)' (ie where the mineralisation was first encountered) shows that all these intercepts are shallow and, as we know from Cora, the oxidisation (ie weathering) goes down to 70m+. Therefore, both extraction and processing are made simpler and cheaper.

Hence, these deposits are looking very good IMHO.

An accepted way to estimate the economics of gold drill intercepts is to multiply the intercept (m) by the grade (g/t) ie gram-metres.

A g-m of 10 can be considered marginal.
A g-m of 50 is pretty good.
A g-m of 100-200 is very good
A g-m of greater than 200 is exceptional.

So far CORA drill results at Sanankoro have come up with 40 intercepts that are above 50 gram-metres and a good proportion above 100.

Here is a listing of all intercepts better than 50 gram-metres with an estimated contained value per tonne based on the current gold price.

Plat Hunter - in your case, as proven on other threads, it's far better to keep quiet and let people think you are a fool, rather than open your mouth and let everyone know you really are a fool.

Apart from the small facts that Cora don't have a DFS or any processing capabilities, how on earth does mining gold automatically have a minimum 14p share price. Are we not going to look at things like earnings per share and total issuance... Just draw a line in the sand for a guaranteed price eh?

I’m just building for the medium term, IMO there is no way that a company mining gold in 2022 will be 14p

It seems to me that there are long term holders and traders who couldn't care less about potential, but want and/or need short term profits. In this bad environment for gold shares,(see other exploration stocks with reasonable success stories) such shares presently seem to be seem immune to any positive movement in the gold price, but are very much influenced by day to day sentiment, which can even be hour to hour.

Market makers will bring down the share price at the slight opportunity to encourage sellers, for that's how they must make their money. As shorters are in the minority, I'm not surprised when I read that most traders lose money.

If someone with more experience wants to put me right, I'm happy to hear from them, but as a long term holder, I also couldn't care about day to day movements.

Thinking our buyer will now start loading up now things have settled! Let's see how this goes volume is key.

Every update just adds value to CORA & by the end of the year this share price will look stupidly cheap imho.

The name CORA is taken from the west African music instrument KORA. A sophisticated melodious herp that is part of the culture of Mandingka people of Mali, Senegal, Gambia and Guinea. The greatest living Kora player is called Toumani Diabate. Saw him at the Barbican a few years back and was blown away by the music of the Kora.
