05/1/2017 18:57 | Run up to the interims on 30th Jan ? | flagon
05/1/2017 17:36 | Looking good since Christmas, nearing highs again. | deadly
10/11/2016 09:52 | Not without its risks, but I've bought in and may top up when the fog of all the M&A clears a bit. | 18bt
01/11/2016 08:29 | TU today: Group unaudited revenues for the period were 211% ahead of last year at GBP783m (H1 2016 (27 weeks): GBP252m) and includes revenues from the acquisitions of Matthew Clark on 7 October 2015, Peppermint on 31 December 2015 and Bibendum PLB Group on 20 May 2016. | deadly
14/10/2016 13:04 | General market sentiment with U.K. Consumer facing stocks. I'm sure on reflection in a couple of years these will look bargain levels. Fill your boots! | 1pvh
14/10/2016 10:30 | Does any one know why over the last month or so this has steadily ticked down ? The latest broker forecast I have is from Shore Capital who on 30th Sept 2016 said they expect 2017 eps to be 20.5p followed by a rise to 24.4p in 2018. These were pretty much bang in line with consensus. Seems a cheap share ... a single digit PE with good growth prospects and a 6%+ yield. | flagon
21/9/2016 10:26 | Yes Conviviality on a forward pe of 10 and a 5.7% prospective yield Totally different proposition than Majestic as CVR are now predominately drinks wholesalers with a franchised retail side.Excellent management as well I think lead by the very experienced Diana Hunter. | 1pvh
21/9/2016 10:15 | Hard to buy in any decent quantity.Anyway have dipped my toe now with the intention of adding once the shares become available at a decent price. | nurdin
21/9/2016 10:10 | Down a little today ... maybe due to Majestic Wine profit warning ? Would seem strange as Majestic's problems are in the USA and with a 'posh booze' B2B subsiduary. They were also highly rated with a 2017 P/E of 25 dropping to 18.8 prior to todays update. I prefer the cheap stuff myself :) | flagon
12/9/2016 14:23 | Some great acquisitions Matthew Clark etc, but the debt this company has incurred makes this share overpriced | johnyo
24/8/2016 17:08 | Took a position on 18/7/2016 the day of Conviviality PLC Final Results Results morning it opened up 10 pence so had to pay £1.88p sold £2.28p.. I almost sold earlier as Market Makers really manipulated about with this one, repeatedly selling small amounts of shares 1, 3, 7, 14, 45, for several morning, consequently the price was down each time they performed | johnwise
24/8/2016 16:52 | I also paid 221p today, having read Johns Investment Chronicle. The yield is attractive for sure but so to is the management team. | sailastra
24/8/2016 16:23 | Took an initial position here @221p earlier this afternoon in my high yield ISA. While the forward trading prospects look good the real clincher was the projected yield of 5.4%. | masurenguy
15/8/2016 15:26 | Because I was thinking about buying some more, I didn't, and now I'm being punished.... :( | ricardothebrave
15/8/2016 13:33 | Anyone know why this popped today ? | flagon
21/7/2016 14:57 | Almost three times the number shares bought than sold and the price is down 5 pence ??? | johnwise
18/7/2016 09:29 | Looks well undervalued to me. I can easily imagine three quid plus in a years time. Decent dividend whilst one waits for that to boot. Remember Mathew Clarke from the early days, huge cash cow. | my retirement fund
20/5/2016 23:33 | Zak Mir on today's master investor says shares could reach 285. Ireland have April 17 eps at 20.3p and 23.3p for April 18. Their target is 300p which would be 15 times this year's eps and 13 next. Both targets look attainable. | sidam
20/5/2016 13:11 | This one's going to carry on. Quality mgmt, definitely back them to make value add acquisitions | postmanpat11
20/5/2016 08:20 | Yes very good indeed.... | battlebus2 |
