Imo the Sellers claim that they have increased the amount to 250m to satisfy the high demand is nonsense, it looks like they are drip feeding the market to sell the shares. The rapid book building doesn't take that long, and still no rns to confirm who has bought the shares or if they have completely sold the shares.I think the worst is over, and the share price offers good value at these level, I have been adding but will wait and see to add further.

Any ideas chaps why this is grinding lower day after day. The sale to institutions at 322 gave me a positive thought of a floor. Still well it the money but concerned in what I am seeing

So we should have a new support level of 322p (the Placing Price) so now the next level could be 350p+..............together with the hint of a dividend in 2018.

It's not dilution. Nordic and Avista have sold part of their holding. The reason for the drop is because the placing was at 322p and the share price was around 340p.

Good to hear there has been a strong demand for this recent placing and that Nordic and Avista can make an orderly and profitable exit from their initial investment. All positive, onwards and upwards.

Just as I expected and what is more this business has really only started so expect growth in Margins.....Sales and some more productivity gains such as moving a factory from USA to offshore...........Donald wont like that!!

Share price is down as the general market is and with more free shares and not all the institutions in the market price will consolidate and then move slowly forward.

A very good management team in place and that is what one needs to look for in todays markets and Brexit about to get a bother...........

Q1 trading update is in line with management expectations yet there's a sell off this morning or mm's bringing it down. I can only think they're doing so on the basis of -0.1% revenue growth?

Excellent turnover on the LSE today..........so look for more positive news from the board at the AGM as well as any updates.

More coverage will be given to the shares soon.

4th May is quarter update. Not much is said in an AGM with regards to earnings so doubt anything will happen
