The full name of the relevant company is TransOre International FZE, which has been in existence for 9 years. Copied from its (rather minimal) website:
“TransOre is a U.A.E. registered entity managing a portfolio of global commodity supply chains. TransOre facilitates the marketing, processing, financing and transportation of essential raw materials. TransOre aims to source bulk commodities from low cost regions in Sub-Saharan Africa and supply high demand markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and beyond.”

From this description, it looks like just the sort of company that would be up to the job of transporting coal from a mine in Zimbabwe.

People are entitled to ask questions and the companies can just block /ignore quieries as they see fit. I doubt it would damage a business relationship, if anything it would build rapport between the two.

Gfg, there is no conspiracy here. I am simply trying to set some substantive detail on the company on which the current value of CGO rests. As an investor I’ve tried to find the info myself. Posting links to media sites who regurgitate the RNS does not help.

I have failed to find real data about trans ore, Alaxander Schamber, Andrew Volk. I don’t understand that for what should be a major commercial enterprise.

Hence my request here if any other poster had better luck. Turns out so far the answer is no.

I don’t understand what is going on. I’ve never heard of significant loan of that level non-convertible and unsecured. Indicates there is no risk.

Whatever is going on is more than we can see on the surface. All imho…

Alexander Schamber, Chief Commercial Officer of TransOre, commented: "I am pleased our discussions with Contango have reached a positive conclusion and we have entered into an offtake arrangement for up to 20,000 tonnes per month of washed coking and high grade metallurgical coal. TransOre and its affiliate companies are very active throughout southern Africa, and we will be able to leverage our existing infrastructure and logistics experience to ensure efficient delivery of coal from the Muchesu project to our customers. We very much view this as the start of a long term and larger working relationship as we unlock the value of the Muchesu coal project in a collaborative fashion. We are also excited to playing a central role in a project that promises to bring such great benefit to the country of Zimbabwe and its people."About TransOreTransOre is a UAE registered entity managing a portfolio of global commodity supply chains. TransOre facilitates the marketing, processing, financing and transportation of essential raw materials. TransOre aims to source bulk commodities from low-cost regions in Sub-Saharan Africa and supply high demand markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and beyond. It utilises the infrastructure of its affiliates, such as the African Rail Company ( https://www.africanrailco.com/ ), to ensure it minimises transport costs, thereby enabling it to be highly competitive with respect to pricing.

I think you need to read this before you think to seek because of a multi poster you really think their is no company . It would be total Fraud to do an RNS then the company does not exist lol .https://www.herald.co.zw/zimbabwe-tipped-to-dominate-africa-steel-production/

Have confirmed by phone that the UK listed company TransOre is in a similar industry but is not related to the TransOre UAE company.
