Big Numbers if they can achieve half of this it massive still. .CGO's Lubu coking/metallurgical project has a NI 43-101 of 1.3 Billion Tonnes and holds 70% of that project. - That gives 910,000 Million Tonnes attributable to Contango Holdings.With prices for metallurgical coal at around US$450 per tonne and coke at circa US$650 per tonne, that gives CGO's attributable 910 Million Tonnes a phenomenal value, just $1 per tonne gives a value of $910 Million for CGO !!!That starts to drive home what a massive valuable resource CGO has at Lubu ......Also currently proving up a NI 43-101 of around 2 Million Ounces at Garalo-Ntiela Gold Project in Mali, forecast to go into production in 2022 with low cost, high margin multiple open pit heap leeching.Certainly has massive potential.

Remember we will have rail link as well now. Llus talk of building a rail line from plant as well . From prospectus again . .This could be further improved in the event the Company is successful in its current efforts to secure a rail transport solution rather than trucking to port.

The Company expects that thermal coal could generate margins of over US$100 per tonne. From prospectus.2020 .Coking ProductAs previously reported the Company intends to produce coke by installing coke batteries that process coking coal into coke for the industrial and ferro alloy industries. The capex related to the installation of the coke batteries is circa US$5m. The Company has received heightened interest from a number of potential partners and off takers with respect to the manufacture of coke at Lubu. The Company is looking to actively accelerate this plan, especially given current market prices and ongoing discussions have outlined the margins on the manufacture of coke are as much as four times those achieved on coking coal production at Lubu. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not intend to raise any additional equity to fund the capex on the installation of coke batteries. This capital will be sourced from a combination of pre-payment of coke product via offtake, project level debt and the Company's own cash resources.

They need to build at least Battery cokes for production thsts we're the big money is Profits . If it can get this sorted out CGO will be 20p in no time . It's only capped at 15 million shares in issue is not billions either like other companies. I would say need a good 20 million to build up next level . .If they can get this correct this company could be printing money . Telegram guy says could be worth 70 to 80p a share in a few years

Why would you JV for that when you have production and offtake in place? Debt or equity much easier and you keep control of your assets / business too. JV only of use where both parties share services or assets or expertise to grow the business imo.

Starting to look better insider buying looks like next Monday sales to start i believe wilder is all licenses have been obtained to start exporting as well they need 3 in total and now have been awarded hence the purchase of shares starting to pick up . Boom .

Yep, should last thousands of years. fills like we have waited that long for sells to start, I think the Chinese did want the stuff? and behind are backs have put in one big order for the whole lot, can see the piles building up, can't wait to here the lorries rolling. will raise a glass from Spain when they do.

Watch the trucks ? brilliant idea, what good fun. we should count them, would be able to workout then we have enough to pay for second wash plant? on a more serious note, can see the derampers have arrived on the other thread, normally a good sign.
