The J/V with AAZ must be very close to being fully confirmed. AAZ's Stephen Westhead was travelling last week(per the Proactive interview)....so I wonder have the final bits like drilling plans etc now been agreed....with the whole package to be announced to the market. I am sure both AAZ and CGNR would like to get this announced ASAP.

AS Richgit says above the financials with more drilling discoveries could be very exciting indeed....IMHO

Triangle on the chart (from Sept 23rd) is getting tighter and tighter.

Could break out of it any day now, then we could see a significant move.

A glorious visual representation of the current 517,000oz JORC resource, which is a fractional area when compared to the whole deposit. This will be a multi-million oz mine. It's scale similar to #PUR at circa 8-10m oz and 100,000oz per annum#PUR mcap: £450m #CGNR mcap: £10mhTTps://twitter.com/mattwar47152646/status/1313889236173676545?s=21

I am naturally biased as I own shares In Conroy,

However - whilst this was only a scoping study just look at the assumed IRR and
that is based on US$1,372 Gold.

With a calculated less than 2 year Payback at circa US$1,372 !!

Now - imagine a drilling programme increasing the mine life and potentially yearly production.

Somewhat jaw dropping IRR at anything beyond US$1,372 Gold.

The only basic reason Conroy couldn`t push forward on this was obviously because
soon after Gold was being manipulated down - eventually all the way to near $1000 so Investors had all run to the hills and written Conroy off.

But not now !!!!

6 December 2011

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc

("Conroy" or "the Company")

Clontibret Gold Project Scoping Update

- Resource increased to over 600,000 ounces gold (Au)

- Indicated category increased to over 250,000 ounces (Au)

- Mine life increased to 11.2 years

- Gold in-situ averaging over 50,000 ounces per annum for first
five years of mine life

- NPV(8) increased to US$72.3 Million: IRR increased to 49.4 per cent

Conroy (AIM: CGNR; ESM: CGNR.I) is pleased to announce that it has
received an Updated Resource and Evaluation prepared by Tetra Tech Wardrop
Engineering Inc ("Tetra Tech"). on its wholly owned Clontibret gold project in
Co. Monaghan, Ireland. The new resource and evaluation was developed to Joint
Ore Reserves Committee ("JORC") standard and is an update on the scoping study
previously undertaken by Tetra Tech. The update increases the resource to over
600,000oz Au, the mine life to 11.2 years and further enhances the economics
of the project.

The evaluation is based on a long-term gold price of US$1,372 per

................................................................

AAZ dont really have to achieve too much to make this a potentially awesome
money maker- and then what if there is far more than say 1 Million ounces on their
monster acreage. (5 -8 Million ? who can currently say it is Not possible)

It will certainly be an exciting time once drilling commences and nobody can deny that,as Conroy certainly offers the Dreams of what if !!!?

My next investment will be when Drilling commences, albeit that could be some fight for stock.

IMHO

For the doubting Thomas' here the AAZ funded drilling at Clontibret is due to start in the next few months under the eagle eye of AAZ. AAZ have spent several years looking into CGNR and have expert geologists in their employ who have been over the ground with Conroy geologists. They are no fools.

Dalradian has 3.5 million oz of gold defined just 40 miles from Clontibret which it is planning to mine asap.

Clontibret is likely to be a lot bigger than the 500k oz JORC proven to now - open in all directions and at depth - so could easily be several million oz just by itself with further drilling.

The Longford Down trend of 65 km. 8.8 million oz gold? no one knows ...... yet!

22/11/2019. Conroy Gold Final Results for the Year to 31/5/2019.

"Exploration on the Company’s licences in the Longford–Down Massif has continued during the year with further excellent results."

Re Clontibret:

"These results included the discovery of additional high gold grades at the Company’s Clontibret gold deposit; the discovery of a new gold outcrop between the Clontibret gold deposit and the Corcaskea gold target, suggesting continuity between them, which would indicate significantly increased gold potential in the area.

An independent review, post year end, of the structural controls on the Clontibret Gold Deposit was carried out by Consultant Structural Geologist, Dr Francis Murphy, which identified structural controls for higher gold grades and thicker gold intersections in the Clontibret gold deposit area.

The new area of bedrock gold mineralisation discovered during the year, lies halfway between the Clontibret gold deposit and gold mineralisation intersected at the Corcaskea gold target, which are over 500 m apart. Geological interpretation suggests continuity between the Clontibret gold deposit, which is open in all directions, as well as to depth, and the Corcaskea gold target where significant gold intersections have been made in trenches, including 6.5 grams/tonne (“g/t”) Au over 16.5 m and 4.9g/t Au over 12 m. Continuity in mineralisation between the Clontibret gold deposit and the Corcaskea gold target would add further to the potential of the entire Clontibret area.

During drilling at Clontibret during the year additional high gold grades were discovered including 24.4 g/t Au, over 1 m, and 21.6 g/t Au, over 1.2 m."

Conroy/AAZ JV from 14.10.

Bill Morgan, CFO, AAZ. "We've been talking with Conroy Gold for quite some time .... actually it's a few years, about doing a JV with them. I think we felt that the time was right to do that JV. I think there is an awful lot of potential that Stephen will tell you about."

Stephen Westhead, Director of Geology & Mining, AAZ. "Clontibret deposit hosts over half a million oz of gold in the indicated and inferred JORC classification that has been independently assessed by a company, Petratec and that's the intrinsic value in the ground of the Clontibret area."

BM. Investment Case for AAZ incl:
"We've just done the Irish investment .... or we're in the process of doing it." ie it's a done deal but not officially announced just yet!

Anglo Asian latest presentation..relevant info page 8 reads...additional info follows p12 & 13.

* Work almost complete on new JORC resources for existing mines with publication shortly
First venture outside of Azerbaijan announced in July with Conroy Gold to explore and develop their licence areas in Ireland:

• Head’s of Terms signed to form a joint venture to acquire up to 55% of their licence areas including Clontibret

• Work progressing on due diligence and joint venture but slowed down by COVID-19 travel restrictions

P12...

Conroy Gold Joint Venture
Designed to minimise risk to Anglo Asian Mining shareholders...

• Transaction designed to “ring fence” Anglo Asian’s expenditure from Conroy Gold’s corporate activities

• Licences will be in 3 “clean” special purpose Joint Venture companies each holding various licences: Company 1 the Clontibret licence
Company 2 the remaining Republic of Ireland licences
Company 3 the Northern Ireland licences

• Anglo Asian will acquire 17.5 per cent. of the 3 companies on signing the Joint venture agreement

• Percentage of companies held at end of “stage one” (initial exploration) depends upon Anglo Asian’s funding of the 3 companies:

• < €2m → 0% (ownership reverts to Conroy Gold)

• €2m to €4m → Between 17.5% to 25% pro-rata depending on the amount of expenditure • ≥€4m→25%

• Anglo Asian’s ownership interest will increase to 55% if it commits to “stage two” expenditure including various expenditures to bring Clontibret to “Construction Ready” Status

• Anglo Asian can elect to proceed to “stage two” and develop Clontibret after only €2m of expenditure

• Committee under the control of Anglo Asian Mining will manage the joint ventures

P13

Longford Down Massif Gold Project
Three significant gold targets in over 800 square kilometres in a major gold district...
The Longford Down Massif Gold Project boasts three significant gold targets covering over 800 square kilometres in a major gold district

• Clontibret - an existing JORC Resource of over 500,000 ounces of gold

• Clay Lake - a gold target that extends for two kilometres by one kilometre and lies at the north-eastern end of the 40 mile Longford Down gold trend

• An additional 8.8m ounces of gold exploration targets in the Longford Down trend providing significant upside potential
In line with the Company’s growth strategy, the project will complement the Company's existing pipeline of projects in Azerbaijan, adding significant shareholder value

Logic would dictate selling CGNR while it is +30p and buying AAZ while it is sub 125p. Afterall, AAZ are entitled to own 52% and will likely end up with 100% and anything that ever happens in Ireland, if at all, will be down to them, not conroy on who we have been waiting 30 years. It's not a JV, it was an asset sale in slow motion.

initial further exploration...…;.that is hilarious…...remind me again….how long have they been "exploring"?????????

I wonder how much exploration they´ll get done with whatever funds are made available this time round……...and how much longer will they need .……and the question that is presumably the elephant in the room…..will their not inconsiderable fees / pension contributions be covered by the proposed JV Partner while they are busily working away???…...LOL!!!!!!!!!

It seems initial further exploration is to be conducted by the CGNR exploration team with consultation, planning and funding from AAZ.

Prof Conroy says the emphasis will be on the Clontibret deposit which is open at depth and in all directions with the aim of proving up further resource by drilling and understanding the controls of the deposit and then move to the building of a first mine there asap.

Thanks rogerramjett

Confirms there is no reason to believe that the J/V will not get signed in due course. As confirmed by AAZ in the H1 AAZ Results and Presentation on their website.... and by Bill Morgan in his Thursday Webinar. Bill will also be presenting on 1st October so another chance to reconfirm the J/V.
