In the editor's note at the end of the RNS there is talk of a JORC compliant resource of 600,000 ounces. Funny that they don't qualify that in terms of indicated and inferred..............

The above use of language could only come from CGNR.

An RNS based on 'gold-in-soil' results.
Drilling is what is required but, guess what, no money for a real campaign.
Just enough for salaries, etc.

What percentage have the board and related parties now? Must be high enough now...... Newprom?? You starting to see where this is likely to go?

If they really believed that they were sitting on anything like the amount of gold that they refer to, they could make their lives easier by taking the company private.....................with a lowball offer, they could imo now take out most shareholders without much of a problem and get on with the business without having to deal with all of the red tape associated with being a listed company........but the really funny thing is, they haven't..........which implies to me that they are quite happy to keep taking their fees while being supported by loyal supporters while knowing full well that raising the guts of 30 million plus is pie on the sky given the real ( not including bullsh&€ conceptual fogures ) assets that they can show, the present price of gold, the timeframe to actually getting a production facility up and running and the fact that there are listed companies much better positioned to take advantage of an upturn in the gold price........jmo.

Cynical...by the way can you answer the question that I have posed on several occasions?....as I fail to understand why you think the board would be so happy to take the company private when you think the company has no future!!....really does not make any sense!!

Cynical....so happy you have a smile on your face......hard to imagine you smiling...ever....but if you say that...... I am really happy for you.....I can only imagine you as a stony faced cynical person with no sense of humour and just a bitter sense of injustice...maybe wrong...but I doubt it...

"production cost must have gone down"...classic comment there, newprom...........not sure whether it is a sign of gullibility or something else but it sure put a smile on my face.......hope someone tells Santa!!!!! : )

Cynical. You really are trying your best to be negative, but you are too obvious. Why not tell us why you think the board would be "laughing" by taking this private? And why at the same time you think this company has no future? You cant possibly think both things at the same time, can you? Admit you slipped up there and also admit that for the board to be happy to take the company private there must be a good future ahead!!!......Youre negativity is laughable and easily seen through!!!

The market is imo ignoring this for a very good reason..........if you are still lost........it has to do with a word ending in "ibility".............add a bit of Latin.............and now you have it........

newprom....they must love you......the perfect shareholder..........look at page 12 and page 13 of their presentation..............and compare this with the present price of gold........and IRR based on present price of gold............and guess what.......?????? ; )

Cynical.you stated that the board would be "laughing" to spend money taking this private and yet you also state that the company has no prospects.A contradiction.I have asked you to explain several times and you have not answered. It is plain to see what you really think. You are playing games.

Its very good that they have come out and stated that payback is still two years, which obviously means cost of production has gone down.Risk to reward this must now be compelling.Definitely some risk but a huge reward potentially. The negative gang have done a great job spreading negativity but they can only go so far. This has potential yet the market chooses to ignore it.Negativity pervades but sometimes that is the best time to invest. When there is a disconnect from reality.

on their website, they have a table indicating IRR at a range of gold prices............how does he ( as he states in the AGM RNS ) think that the payback time is still two years at present gold prices......? Am I missing something or do they think that the market is blind amd stupid??? remarkable stuff imo.
