07/5/2020 21:15 | In your opinion what would be the expected area in £'s that bids might be. | bmnsa
07/5/2020 20:51 | Positive progress all week even if only just today! Closing at a price we last saw in August 2018 so it’s looking very good whether we mine it or sell it. Gold rising after the close and currently 1718. It will be interesting to see if we continue to rerate next week. The thing to keep people focused and wanting to be in is the very real possibility of a bid which could come at anytime now. Have a good weekend. | 888icb
07/5/2020 19:43 | As I understand Only 50% water is paid, other 50% is paid by the villager when collects it , some refuse Rumors That second plant could be coming from Guatemala Exciting times Coronavirus slowing things down After warrant conversion, could we buy second hand plant to start generating some cash? | book5
07/5/2020 19:29 | Impressive webinar by Mark setting out future developments as well as our progress as a company so far. High grades and large quantities au in ground at many sites. Looking at several options as to near term direction re cash flow or wait until own facilities are in place (new or second hand) Locals on side and working for company, aid programs to local communities paying off. | bmnsa

07/5/2020 15:47 | I have been hearing local rumors, close to cnr, of new plant at Agua Fria | book5
07/5/2020 15:11 | We have just gone blue for the first time today but not a lot! | 888icb
07/5/2020 14:57 | The only question asked was about the plant according to the other bb.so no mention of the land. I realise you seem to think the land is an issue but I don’t think the company does. I think the big boys know how to get the land if they need to. I don’t think there is anything preventing a bid at this point and the price is going to go up with every passing day. It would also help if the market continues to recognise the true value and pushes the share price to £1+ to discourage low bids. Low bids wouldn’t succeed because Mark and our 2 billionaire shareholders are not going to let this go cheaply. | 888icb
07/5/2020 14:37 | To get an offer We need the land In our pocket What did they say about the land purchases? | book5
07/5/2020 12:30 | The agm has been completed with all resolutions passed as you would expect. A poster on LSE who attended says there was only 1 question about the plant and its financing but nothing new as 30% equity and 70% debt. Aim is minimal dilution for shareholders. They are looking at a couple of plants from China. The more I think about it a bid would be the best option at this point. We have potentially 5 million oz of gold. We are permitted and essentially ready to go making us very attractive to one of the big boys for whom the set up costs would be small change. Nicaragua clearly wants this gold to be mined as I am sure it could do with the income. The gold price is high and predicted to go much higher. We must currently be one of the most attractive gold plays on the planet. We are looking like we did in 2010 but are now actually ready to go with all the work done. Come on Rio and others make us an offer! | 888icb
07/5/2020 09:07 | Quiet here this morning presumably as people wait for the agm at 11am. Unfortunately I have omitted to get evidence of my holding from my broker so will be unable to dail in. | 888icb

06/5/2020 22:50 | Had a quick scan over the concessions that we have on Ministerio de Energia y Minas here if interested (curious to assess who the big players are in Nicaragua as can see all concession ownership): hxxp://www.mem.gob.n Reviewing the RNS linked to these I come up with a very high level summary as below (although could not find an RNS linked to El Zacatoso) : Condor, S. A. CACAO 1190Ha - 6km east of La India – top priority for drilling Condor, S. A SANTA BARBARA 1620 – east of Cacao concession Condor, S. A. REAL DE LA CRUZ 763 – within La India mining district Condor, S. A EL RODEO 6040 (Andrea East vein) high priority – 8km north of La India Condor, S. A. ESPINITO MENDOZA 200 (La Mestiza) Heart of La India project – we paid US$1,625,000 Condor, S. A. LA CUCHILLA 8639.28 purchased from Hemco for US$275,000 Condor, S. A. TIERRA BLANCA 3221 – western side of La India – 10km west Condor, S. A. LOS CERRITOS 13212.59 adjacent to La India Condor, S. A LAS CRUCES 14259.40 potential heat engine and metal source that caused gold mineralisation across entire La India gold district La India Gold, S. A LA INDIA 6850 La India Gold, S. A. LA MOJARRA 2700 we paid US$1,010,815 – lies along strike to the south of the India-California vein trend La India Gold, S. A EL ZACATOSO 100 Condor, S. A RIO LUNA 4300 central highlands of Nicaragua Condor, S. A. ESTRELLA 1800 – previously hosted the historic producing Estrella gold mine Condor, S. A POTRERILLOS 1200 sold for US$600,000 Clearly I can see why Mark has advised a big challenge he has is drowning in targets. Doesn't make sense to keep Rio Luna and Estrella - if there is a buyer out there I would be selling those to bring more cash in along with incoming cash from warrants (need to get 100% land purchase complete as priority - focus on La India). | aleoap
06/5/2020 17:38 | Correct 70% he said of the total may be only 50% or less of the India pit Many Locals are furious with the tree surveyors for putting a fot on their land Want nothing with the company But if money is very good they should accept. In the meantime we have two exploitable pits! | book5
06/5/2020 17:31 | I have it in my mind that in a very recent interview Mark said they had acquired upto 70% in the last couple of weeks. If I am right assume he will mention it at the AGM. | 888icb
06/5/2020 17:28 | Vermilon I am in contact with locals Can't say more than that here... | book5
06/5/2020 17:24 | Land purchasing is not an issue - I don't know why book5 keeps returning to it. I have asked him several times to post any info/proof he has. This extract from a recent (end of last year?) visitor (Geologist) to La India:- "The local miners have to register with Condor to be able to access the property, and they also sign in and out everyday at the security barrier to get to the site. So it certainly seems like a cordial relationship from my observations. The local miners do all there mining hand, its hard, hot and dangerous work. While they clearly must be making money, I would have thought that the majority would prefer to be sat in an air conditioned loader, or excavator, with the a regular salary coming into the bank every month and a much longer life expectancy. The site itself is a brownfield site and was previously mined by Noranda in the 1950's, little to no reclamation work was done back then, and added to this are all the pits and spoil heaps from local miners, which means that its an area not likely to be featured on a postcard or chocolate box anytime soon. Condor have already had their offers accepted for around 50% of the surface rights. I believe, the areas that have been already accepted include the area where the plant and mill are expected to be located. So I don't believe that's an issue, these kind of negotiations do take time. The mine also doesn't need a huge amount of infrastructure, there is a tarred highway and grid power already going to the site." | vermilion1966
06/5/2020 17:17 | Another good day for Condor closing UP 12% at 41.5p on volume of 1.46 million from 222 trades. The last 2 trades today were buys at 42.25p so hopefully we can continue to build from here on the back of today’s permit and tomorrow’s AGM. Mark will be able to give a very promising outlook moving forward. | 888icb
06/5/2020 15:47 | Once we have two pits in operation (cash) we Could lure majority of land owners at the India, may be? Certainly we will have the means | book5
06/5/2020 15:43 | They will never risk a big Investment at the India without having all land But there are rumors of an independent plant at agua fria village | book5
06/5/2020 15:38 | I think they can secure all the land at La India when they need it but at the moment are picking it up at better prices. The land isn’t exactly worth anything to anyone else. Mark did say in an interview yesterday that they have full ownership of the land at La India on which they are going to build the plant so they can get cracking on building the plant very quickly. | 888icb
06/5/2020 15:12 | For riotinto phone we need all land at the India, is it all or nothing? . Imho No clear at all yet But we have satellite pits, so £1 once plant investment is announced, soon, May be? | book5
06/5/2020 14:46 | I think Mark will want a bid ideally more than one! Mark has been at Condor for I think 14 years. I am sure that when this went over £2 per share in 2010, he never for a moment thought he would only be getting the permits now and the share price would be 40p. He is not getting any younger and would be prudent to bank some profit for all his years of effort. Mark owns 4.1 million shares and has options over circa 3.8 million and some warrants. So let’s say he has access to over 8 million shares. If he could get a bid in at £2 per share he could walk away with £16 million and at £3 it would be £24 million. He could probably get considerably more if he stays another 7 years to actually mine the gold but would he want to. If I was in his shoes I know what I would want to do. I hope he has Rio Tinto’s number in his phone! | 888icb |
