CNR have indicated they will run out of money in 6 months-ish.

We pi's have no idea when or if an sale or JV will happen. And in my experience looking at the share price for clues is pointless.

It could happen this month or not at all. Same as the placing, this month or not at all.

Mm's are offloading the large sells they've been presented with, it ain't rocket science. Break resistance? What resistance?

How do you work that out. Even when they raise the ask they allow you to buy around mid or bid?

There is still a large seller and/or the market has heard of the placing details and doesn't like it

Clearly they're not exactly inundated with offers, JV's or indeed debt financing, secured or otherwise. And they are running out of money, of that there is absolutely no doubt.

If there is a placing now it would be terrible. at best it will be an average of say the last 30 days, which isn't good, but as we very well know iis will want considerably better price wise.

Let's not forget the last placing was agreed at 1 price but then the iis got even cheaper and the dear old IFC were part of that

If the 'saviour' Jim Mellon knew anything about a placing, JV, sale etc before he bought in, he's in deep poo for insider trading.I don't think he's that stupid, but anything is possible on AIM.

Poster have been saying CNR will run out of money and will have to do, or are currently planning, a placing for many months now. Eventually they will be right if CNR doesn't get a JV, sale or perhaps some form of debt finance secured against the asset.

Jim Mellon is a high profile director. The idea there was a placing happening or likely to happen in the near term, is unlikely at best imo.

Either way I hope they do a placing sooner than later, I doubt it will be very dilutive in % terms as the company is imo not currently conducting any high capex activities.

hang on let me get this right, you sell at 66p....so you're a winner and now you are deramping so you're a winner...when did you exactly buy as all I can see is your constant deramps!

And if you did buy then you are certainly lying to your fellow companions!

Personally I think you are leaving in some fantasy land along with bump fluff and bugs bunny the hare!

what they might be more interested in is the pretty blatant market manipulation that got this next to skint company into the stratosphere in the first place!?

Not really, like I said FCA aren't gonna bother themselves with something trivial like this, and even if they did Jim can just say he didn't know one was coming.

I think the recent JM purchase knocks your placing theory on the head for precisely the reason you state. It would be very dodgy from a governance perspective.
