Pipe down IanBumpa - £200k cash burn a month? Total BS. Where do you get your figures from?

Glad I sold plenty @ 66. I think I am going to be happier and more relaxed than those that kept their shares going into this wee. Once that rot starts, after such a rise, it can get very severe on aim.

Think low 40s to 30s could happen pretty quickly

As stated are now lower:

1st Support Level 41.167
2nd Support Level 31.333

People could well continue to sell out and take profits, which could be substantial. This is aim and people tend to move on once 1 party ends. Eia is still possibly a month away. There is still substantial processes to go through and a public consultation. MC is due to be at pdac with the nicaraguan government in March. They could use that to announce Eia approval but not necessarily as they have appeared together before

Good god, unbelievable that some think this is incredibly undervalued yet fail to understand the significance of just £800k in the bank with a cash burn of £200k a month and a 'project' - I use the term loosely - that requires Capex in the $100's of millions that no one was interested in even with a formal 'For Sale' sign up??

The royalty agreement announced in November probably won't provide enough cash to keep the company running indefinitely, but it provides an interesting model for the future.

A typical lse ramper's post:"don't look at support, look at resistance!tested around 68p last week (and looked pretty solid above 50p on Friday). So lets hope it pushes through 68p to PJM1's 75p and on to 117p"

We can speculate about the gold price which has approached $2000 in recent years and could do so again as we can speculate about the oil price.
The important point is that whether you use today's gold price as Andy would like or the one used in the Whittle report, Condor is worth many multiples of its current share price It's massively cheap if it's valued in the normal way that gold companies are valued.
Andy's reasoning is flawed in my view when you are looking at 10 years of future gold prices. Why would you just choose the price on the day you publish the report. The gold price today is $60 higher than it was 30 days ago.
