Was that yours as well No, just the 3k. edit: link to contract note removed "It's better to say nothing and let people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt". | ![]() goneawol

More volume needed to test it out | usmcgs
14/1/2016 10:56 | The 55k trade was def a sell. I was doing a dummy trade for a similar amount at the time | usmcgs
14/1/2016 10:49 | The 55k & 3k trades would appear to be buys. | ![]() goneawol
14/1/2016 10:41 | Redsonia, Some good points, here are my thoughts. Do you know at what price the great majority of MC's shares were purchased for? Anyone with the admission document may be able to help. I ask because sometimes (David Lenigas is a good example of this) CEO's and founders award themselves very cheap shares pre IPO. I am not saying MC did this, I genuinely don't know, but would like to know. MC continues to earn a salary so, like all other directors, his interests aren't totally aligned with shareholders, (although clearly he will share in any success by virtue of his holding), by earning as well, it's almost a one way bet really. I see a "strategic review" as a bad sign, they are normally done when things aren't going well, so I see such an announcement as a negative, and it looks like the market did too! The reason the share price has fallen, IMHO, is the act of putting themselves up for sale, hanging out the sign is not good idea, and everyone can see why he has done it. He needs more money, and it will be very diluting at this level, and then if he continues to production, where will he find the capex in this risk averse market? The "strategic review" announcement for me was an admission he had reached a crossroads and was not confident of going further, maybe others see it like that too? The market for mining juniors is just dire, bargains abound, distressed assets are plentiful, those with cash are king and they will be very prudent with it driving hard bargains, trust me! MC is running against the clock here, he will need to finance soon IMO. B2Gold may be his best bet as they are already producing in country, have cash, are in production. I don't subscribe to the theory they won't do it because they owned it before, that's simply ridiculous (IMO), if there is a justification and a profit to be made, they will do it, again IMO. I doubt the permit is much of an issue, any potential purchaser would negotiate beforehand with the government to ensure all was OK. | ![]() andy
14/1/2016 10:24 | Hmm a largish sell but then a tick up Sell order completed? | usmcgs
14/1/2016 10:12 | Some thoughts: MC, as a fellow shareholder of 4m shares, would share our concerns about the fall in the share price since the announcement of the "Strategic Review”. Please note a sale of the Company is a possible option, but so is a JV, sale of the asset or part thereof. In my view, it is madness that the company is effectively up for sale and the share price falls 50%. There is nothing wrong with the company, the prospects have improved with the optimisation study and 30% more gold in pit shells and 25% more production gold. The share price fall is due to redemptions by some large fund managers. Gold hit a 6 year low some 3 to 4 weeks ago. Sentiment is very, very negative towards junior gold exploration companies, with few buyers around. The typical investment model of any exploration company is to discover the mineral, prove it up, complete the feasibility studies and then sell the asset to a large gold producer. Condor is no exception. This is the preferred option. So dilution, would never be MC's intention to build a mine and therefore the equity dilution as the result of US$110m to US$130m upfront capital cost is a false concern. There is also no point in giving the asset away. The timing of the sale of the company, with gold off 45% and the shares off 80%, isn’t great. Condor has spent US$35m in Nicaragua in the last 4 years; the market cap is half the amount invested. An offer period can take 6 to 9 months There are other forms of financing that don’t involve the issue of equity A) royalty deal B) gold streaming C) sell part of the asset. The strategy is focused on getting Mina La India fully permitted. Tthe EIA has been submitted (see press release). A fully permitted mine is worth much more to potential buyers. | redsonia1

14/1/2016 08:58 | Usmcgs, cheers, Numis's way of reporting makes no sense, but it being in fact a sell, does. | ![]() temujiin
14/1/2016 08:49 | TemujiinIt has been posted, on the other bb, that for some reason numis report around the other way. So if they report a buy it is a sell. I don't know why. So it was a sell, which at that price you'd expect | usmcgs
14/1/2016 08:45 | RNS saying yesterday's 8,695 indicated 'sell' at 17.1p, (which was the lowest traded price of the day) was in fact a buy. Just goes to show you can't trust the stats. | ![]() temujiin
