Seems that I was a bit previous with claims of an RNS this morning, although most agreements have provision for acceptance of electronic signature by scan and email.

Note also that;-
"The proposed IFC investment is an equity investment of up to US$ 10 million, comprised of: (i) an initial upfront investment of around US$6.0 million (GBP 3.5 million) to acquire around 9.0% of the Company’s shares outstanding post-financing; and, (ii) the balance amount would be available for future equity investments including the potential exercise of share warrants."

So there's a bit in the pot even after the money to take up the 144p warrants.

Think they will want to carry out their own pfs, as others have discussed previously

I think the RNS is published when it's signed off. It seems to have been approved but needs the final 'rubber stamp' I would guess.

Condor is completing the necessary studies to achieve the pre-feasibility stage by late 2014. IFC’s investment will support the development of La India towards achieving bankable feasibility stage and further exploration activities in the Nicaraguan properties.

The funding was agreed on 20th October, and the documentation is now just awaiting signatures:-



I assume that we can expect an RNS in the morning, and as the share price has made its way back (almost) to 90p, we should be getting £3.5m at the originally agreed 90p a share - 3.9m shares plus 1.95m warrants at a strike price of 144p.

All systems "go" and a fine big feather in Mark Child's cap.

Moving up nicely, as the majority of the time it does on any volume because of the low number of share in circulation. Currently 84/88

Both the PFS and IFC investment are huge pieces of news. There have been a few multibaggers, on PFS release recently. Fingers crossed

One emailed MC last week , this is his rather brief but unedited reply (note he highlighted in bright yellow END OCTOBER):

The closing of the IFC Subscription is subject to the completion of due diligence by IFC and certain conditions, including approval by IFC's Board of Directors following completion of a required 30 day public disclosure period and the finalisation and execution of definitive agreements. Subject to these conditions precedent being satisfied, the IFC Subscription is expected to close by the end of October 2014.
