usmcgs - it's well worth reading through the IFC website data on Condor. Each of the blue tabs gives further details and their thoughts and observations. It is all very positive, not the least of which is Condor's stance on the Environmental and Social Impact of a new mine.

MC has said that the PFS will be out towards the end of September,but SRK are now notorious for missing deadlines. However, from the presentation for the Precious Metals Summit (now on Condor's website)it appears that most of the studies are complete to PFS standard and they are putting together the financial projections based on the various possible scenarios.

I am therefore expecting the PFS to be out at the end of September before the IFC investment is finalised.

I've posted before that with the involvement of the IFC, the Due Diligence which a provider of funds for the final project would carry out is being done by the IFC and most of the results, as far as I can see, will be available in the public domain.



I'm sure that MC and his crew will now proceed to prove up as much of the 300k Inferred OP oz to Indicated as possible and also demonstrate that it will be possible to double production within 4 or 5 years. ie to proceed with the twin strategies set out in the presentation I referred to above.

The market conditions for gold juniors right now is absolutely dire, but Condor's is now a project getting to an advanced stage. So, if someone wants it, they will have to move pretty soon or miss it. If there should be a change in the prognosis for the PoG, as there could be in the twinkling of an eye, then someone will come up with the right price and quickly.

In the meantime, the guys quietly go about their work to make ours a 200k oz pa operation and to keep all options open.

As to the timing - I have no idea. As far as I know, MC is in Denver at he Gold Forum busily networking. We've several interested parties who want access to the "data room", which they will get when the PFS is available, I guess.

I still think that someone will make a move in the next very few months when they get to see the PFS or have been in a position to do their own Due Diligence.

Can you see the PFS coming after the IFC investment?

Also what impact do you see their investment having on the BFS?
They will have done a lot of due diligence. I never expected us to carry out the BFS but now we have the funds it looks odds on that that will start.

As we veer away from being an explorer I can see that having an impact on the sp, as it has been doing so for some time.

If the broker has done his job properly, none of the shares should "hit the market". They should all have been placed with safe hands who will keep hold of them.

The IFC shares will definitely not be available on the market. They are long term holders looking to increase their holding.

Very quiet so far. Hardly any chart on the bbs and no trades. Expected more with the new shares hitting the market. Perhaps this will happen after IFC buy in end of Oct?

A very disappointing week for condor. Share slide after 'leaked' news, discounted placing because of this, POG down strongly and then own broker says we are only worth 110p. Not sure where we go from here. MC must be very dischuffed as the company is doing all it can and yet noone seems to be interested in the story here. Yes PFS news is due very soon but im not sure that it will make any difference now. Sincerely hope im wrong !! Come on surprise me!!
