29/7/2014 09:09 | A week or so ago, buys weren't moving the share price up....now, any small buy is moving us...a buy of just over 3k shares has just moved us up again..... :) | warmsun

28/7/2014 21:09 | Many thanks to Jibbo on LSE again . Jibbo Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 86.00 Thanks,I will build that in to a revised version that fits in one post. No drilling is being done at present but we have the rest of the results from over 3000m of trenching on some of the targets highlighted by the geophysics. The results should be out in August. We then have the half yearly report and the PFS out in September. Hopefully then the countdown to a possible sale?!! I reckon a few potential buyers have probably already walked the ground out at La India and hopefully once the project is derisked by the PFS one or two may take the plunge.............. | saturdaygirl

28/7/2014 13:04 | rhuvaal2 - thanks for your note. I hope you are right, but right now a lot hinges on the price of gold and the terms of the loans/and size of the placement necessary to build the mill out in Nicaragua. Numis have assumed 54m shares post placement. The Numis analysis is straightforward about valuation. They have assumed $1300 per ounce as their base case, with a sensitivity matrix showing the effect of a rising gold price up to $1600 per ounce. The other dimension to this is that as the company gets nearer to production, it's value goes up. Today NAV is 142p per share rising to 262p by 2017. | drradcliffe
28/7/2014 12:17 | DrRadcliffe ~ your scenario and out-turn is likely to be more rewarding than investing in the Dow or FTSE (today) | rhuvaal2
28/7/2014 00:16 | Regent Pacific | saturdaygirl
27/7/2014 15:58 | Regent Pacific paid 160p for theirs, and I doubt they'd be willing to accept a loss. | zangdook
27/7/2014 15:41 | The "open cast" unit will cost $108m. Underground adds another $30m. That's for a 70/80k oz PA production capability. £2 is extremely unlikely at the moment given the current price of gold (POG). After further fund raising, we're looking at 140p per share take out price in the short term (source Numis 02/07/14 report). I suppose the hope many long term holders (such as myself) have is that we'll be bought out before any further fund raising. But that implies an imminent takeover. Otherwise, it's a medium term hold until 2017 when production starts. By that stage the POG will probably be higher and the business will be producing cash. It could be £2+ in 2017. | drradcliffe
27/7/2014 11:09 | How much would an open cast processing unit cost ?I would be extremely disappointed with £2 share buy out ? | johnyo
24/7/2014 15:25 | I think the company is carefully being advertised to be 'in play'....good news from here onwards I suspect! :) | warmsun
24/7/2014 15:14 | Warmsun It is also noted that if a bid is received then there will be no need for funding. There is therefore a serious risk that if someone doesn't invest because of a possible fund raising then they will miss out entirely if a bid comes in. It also mentions that there are various funding options that could avoid dilution. As Mark is a large shareholder I would think he would prefer not to be diluted. I think from what has been said in the past that Mark would prefer to sell and the moves to mine are just necessary window dressing and a credible plan B if required. It would be vey disappointing if any Bid was under £2 and should of course be a lot higher as we have been to that level on more than one occasion in recent years on much lower proven resource. Bring on the Bids! | 888icb
24/7/2014 15:00 | proactive investors report... Condor Gold tipped to soar once funding hurdle is cleared | warmsun
24/7/2014 13:11 | Options granted....at £1. | warmsun
24/7/2014 12:46 | The Proactive note highlights the undervaluation of this share and the fact that it could be a takeover target for a larger player. In my view the rapid rise we saw this time last year from our current share price upto 140p could be repeated. In an ideal world that would trigger a bid in September when the PFS is released. However as everyone really knows what the PFS will say a bid could come at anytime. | 888icb
24/7/2014 11:04 | Undervalued heavily according to Proactive Investor's note today : | 2vdm
23/7/2014 16:24 | certainly a lot more lift here than for Dow J or footsie, that's for sure | rhuvaal2
23/7/2014 11:34 | About this time last year we saw a rapid rise from our current level upto 140p. Lets hope that with the news that is due out fairly soon we see a repeat of that rise and beyond if a bid or bids come in. | 888icb |
