1. Around 2.7+ million oz at over 4g/t
2. More than 1.5 million oz of Indicated oz
3. Excellent exploration upside for 5 million oz+
4. Excellent infrastructure
5. Mining friendly country with established mines.
6. Open pit
7. Cheap costs at under $700
8. Low CAPEX requirements of between $120 to $180 million with payback within three years.

£4 isn't enough..though I assume the speculation is that they have raised this amount but perhaps there has been no account of any accumulated monies they already have...thus a bid (albeit speculated) might be higher?
