The other board awash with rumour about B2G preparing a bid of £4. Their chief exec was apparently seen heading into Cash Convertors carting a box of Duran Duran LPs and a faulty bread maker. They have taken a loan which would cover a bid of £4 for us if that's what it's for. Pure speculation of course but since that's what we do all day on here, any thoughts? I do so like late in the day rises.

They have never included the spread or dealing costs . Those numbers have to be taken with a pinch of salt . The candle patterns are the reason I view the page .

The two consecutive white candlesticks secure the uptrend, and the bulls are content with the situation. The secure uptrend attracts more buyers, and the third day opens above the close of the preceding day. The third day is also a white day, making the bulls even more confident about the continuation of the uptrend. A closer look, however, reveals that the uptrend is giving signs of weaknesses. The range of each body is getting smaller day-by-day and the third day gaps up making a star, which shows indecision.

I think they had changed to a buy (putting the kybosh on todays rise?). Faulty maths too saying that since their sell at 106p the shares had risen 7% to 135p. Actually no, they had said sell on 14th then buy on 16th, which is where the 7% comes in. Today it was to stay long. Quickly issued a buy to jump on our bandwagon. I dunno, I cant keep up and need a lie down.
SG do they base their calls purely on charting? They claim a 2000% return on CNR using their predictions over 3 years, but do you think that include the dealings costs for the 60 times they have changed their stance, and the spread? Impressive going if it does
TIA

From Jibbo

1. We are drilling with 4 drill rigs. There will be drill assay results roughly every 5-6 weeks and the next lot are imminent. Great drill results would be very positive. We can expect more exploration updates in the next six months.A huge increase in Indicated ounces will substantially increase the value of La India District, which already is estimated to be over £5 per share.

2. The geotech drill results and analysis are also imminent (due in August). The geotech will increase the open pit resource used in the PEA of 800,000 oz gold by 25% to 50%. This should be very positive. The annual production from open pit would increase by a similar amount.

3. Once the infill drilling is completed on the La India set and the assays are back SRK will produce an independent resource update for the open pit. Now that a further 5,500m of drilling has been added to the recently completed 8,000m we can expect a substantial resource upgrade to at least 800k oz of Indicated. With 50 degree pit walls and a potential 50% lift in the size of the open pit it is possible (if all goes well) to get to a 1.2 million oz Indicated category open pit on the India/California vein set alone (based on the latest minesite report/article).

4. Trenching results from Mestiza.

5. Interims by 31st Sept.

6. Metallurgical test results due out in Q4

7. Resource upgrade for the America vein set (currently 404,000 oz gold).

8. Possible maiden resource for the Central Breccia.

9. PFS out soon after the resource upgrades.

10. Sale of company, as planned, to a big producer?!

There are only 37M shares out there so any interest means strong price rises. My guess is the recent aerial survey identified a potentially huge gold field. One that would interest every gold producer out there.

We have seen a great move upwards recently, BUT, we have to remember to put it into context of where the share price should in fact be...we are still very cheap in my view..and my belief is that we will, sooner rather than later be bought out...at much higher levels....just my opinion...have bought even more today!
