We had a 30k buy at full Offer price and we didnt budge at all :(
Since when the Offer has moved down a penny.....for whatever reason, this, seemingly, appears to be being manipulated

I imagine the Regent Pacific people (if it's them) will quickly announce to Mark they are now at 10.5%. We should see a Holdings RNS tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. If we don't see anything by end of Wednesday, I'm going to assume it was a rollover or someone else. But, I can't help feeling it's most likely to be Regent Pacific given everything that's been going on. I see there are still people who think Regent Pacific, after doing the site visit, have gone cool on the company. The truth is after having been out there to get absolute confirmation of what Condor has, this is now about gaining control (IMHO).

If the 2 x 200 were buys and so close together timing wise would they not be listed as a 400 buy ?

Only a holdings RNS will reveal whats going on but i would not rule out the trades being a rollover .

You mean the 2 x 200,000 buys at 10:08. A Regent Pacific top up. A 10% holding gets them a place on the board.

just a little top up there.

The implication is that Regent wanted a healthy discount on the 160p they paid last time, something nearer the prevailing market price. If a tranche of stock at the lower level, whatever that price was,a Regent suggested 145p perhaps 150p,then Regent would have pulled off something of a fast one or however you'd like to see it,time will tell.

They may have wanted more warrants or to lower the price of the warrants.

usmcgs: Only short term as the news flow this year will see the share price a lot higher.
Mellon & Child are old mates of course and I did think he implied last night that the money was in the bag, so I am a bit surprised.

No need for the share price to go down, as the money is not required

On a positive note ......... less dilution

Madness as they have effected their own large investment and if they buy on the open market the share price should go up

Chicken and egg - the market smelt this coming. Price fall could also have been interpreted as reflecting drop in price of gold and this drop might have caused the funders to try and renegotiate. I agree, well done Mark.
