"The Company considers it important that Shareholders have an opportunity...to subscribe for New Ordinary Shares on the same terms as Galloway...but excluding any entitlement to warrants"

The company thinks it is important that we should not have any entitlement to warrants.

Lock up your daughters if any Condor directors come to your town.

I'm not putting any new money in, but I may as well take up the offer, so I'll have to sell a few to pay for it. The question is whether to sell now, or after the record date.

If there were buyers piling in , they would have asked to take part in the capital raise.

LAst night I watched a very recent video by MC. Very slick, and how he managed to remain really serious, with an ability to supress any desire to laugh is a real talent. What's that comparable expression 'you can tell when a politician's lying just by watching his lips move'.

This was amazing ; you'd have thought the Condor he was talking about was a completely different animal to the real one. Everything was fantastic, land issues never being mentioned, and of course he had a suppliant quizzer

Now who do I believe, him or my gut instinct? Well, looking at today's share price it's a 'difficult' choice, but he can be relied upon to continue being self-sacrificing, and so with today's announcement, command a higher fee/

He deserves an Oscar for that performance, but being a part-time boxer many eons ago, I wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night.

What a farce this has become. Must be pushing 15 years now and tens of $millions spent care of shareholder dilution and not a single oz of gold mined.

The lunatics on LSE believe that “We are being offered the same terms as the major shareholder“

Eh not you are not mate. There’s no warrants plus you aren’t getting 17% interest.

But aside from that its the same 🤣

Now they have the cash to cover the cash component for the coop land price (6000x180= 1.088 million ), say £0.9 million. Hopefully coop associates will receive an offer soon, the land component is the unknown

Good they should have more cash to keep advancing

Zangdook your 15p prediction may be coming soon, this figure is mentioned in today rns

No good for current shareholders. At least we have been invited to buy shares at 15p, probably to pay back to JM high interest rates and Salaries too

And I forgot the kicker that existing investors can subscribe for shares on a 6 for 1 basis at 0.15p but there’s no warrants attached to them.

Nice to see them making appointing themselves to the Board as a condition of the funding huh.

How did they ever get fatty boy Roland to sign off on that pish as “fair and reasonable”

Wow, that’s an absolute shocker of a fundraise.

2.5 for 1 warrants in a convertible note with a massive 17% interest by a company that’s 100% owned by the Chairman, all done at a more than 25% discount huh. And the discount is only the warrants, the rest of the loan is convertible at a price yet to be determined. Oh dear.

This is a new name on the shareholder list. Aegis Financial Corp with 2.85m shares at end of Sep or just under 2%. From their website for the value fund 'Our goal is to deliver long-term capital appreciation by investing in a concentrated, well-researched portfolio of out-of-favor, small-cap stocks trading at a fraction of their intrinsic value.'Could do with a few more funds like this getting 1 or 2%. Can't see share price at this level for much longer.

I expect it is fully own, and if not, then the owner/s will not have much political weight to oppose a cpo as there are not many people involved.

From memory, there is a potential small problem, this is an adjacent mining property whose road access is through la mestiza. From memory, If la mestiza becomes a pit then the owner of the land will only be able to take away its ore with mules through the coop’s land. Building a new road for that land to give direct access to a main road will not come cheap. No long ago The owner of this land had troubles with the authorities bcs he did not plant enough trees and cut off too many. I am not sure of the current status of this adjacent property.
