Mining deals are not done using the current price of gold as a metric, they use 2 and 3 year VWAP instead.

So no point in suggesting the take out price is going up each time the POG roses, they use long term price points.

Gold is said to be in the classic cup and handle now - bodes well for pog in 2024.Paradoxically miners are sitting at a massive discount to their assets which does not help us atm.This can all change and lets hope it does.
This is really as bad as it gets and it is always darkest just before dawn.

Gold going up rapidly currently 2040. Just imagine how much the value of Condor’s gold has gone up at these levels. The pay back period should be less than 12 months at those levels. This should flush some improved offers out.
