CNR Up 6.3% and Calibre Up 5.8%. Perhaps we can return to plan A and sell to Calibre which has always been the most obvious and sensible course of action.

99,6% of the land and 99,6% of all production means results in only 99,6% of revenues, as you will easily understand.
So, you have to live with 0,4% less gains: instead of 10 million £ you will only make 9,96 M£. Easy math!
