15/1/2024 12:07 | The Government’s sins don’t seem to be harming Calibre who sit next door to Condor. I am not buying into this religious nonsense but would appreciate a thunderbolt of takeover news from Jim and Mark! | 888icb
15/1/2024 10:46 | Indeed, the government's sins are the main reason CNR shareholders are suffering | book5
15/1/2024 10:29 | So this week it’s still no news from the village, but at least good news from heaven | oldiegoldie
15/1/2024 10:19 | The Nicaraguan government has released from jail Catholic Bishop Rolando Alvarez and other priests. They will be deported. Imho tightening sanctions less likely | book5
13/1/2024 19:07 | ....they're too busy decking the data room with boughs of holly.... | dexdringle
13/1/2024 16:34 | My contacts are telling me they are Not hearing any meaningful news from Condor. | book5
12/1/2024 23:26 | Of course the season of giving massively applied to shareholders… | oldiegoldie
12/1/2024 21:39 | Todays tweet 🙄..... <<<<< Condor Gold @CondorGoldplc Last month, $CNR / $COG had the privilege of meeting with local stakeholders and building stronger connections for a more connected community e! While the official #SeasonOfGiving has ended, our commitment to uplifting the community continues!>>&g Tweet is then followed by some cheesy pics of some randoms being presented with what look like jars of sweets. I must have missed the 'season of giving' unless that didn't apply to shareholders.... | dexdringle
11/1/2024 23:00 | 888 shilling another doozy. Power metal resources. | diggybee
11/1/2024 11:21 | Really? I am surprised | oldiegoldie
11/1/2024 10:54 | No news from the village | book5
10/1/2024 14:57 | Money is certainly not the issue regarding the land | oldiegoldie
10/1/2024 14:37 | vermilion what is your source? | zangdook
10/1/2024 13:08 | We probably have that cash already Good | book5
10/1/2024 13:02 | Cost to purchase remaining land c. $1m Cost to buy out Co-op c. $2.25m | vermilion1966
09/1/2024 19:07 | Book, quit with the constant talk of the land. The final cost of the remaining land is priced into the numbers for the cost of the build etc. It may or may not be a requirement of the new owners who buy us. We don't know. MC has said it's a non-issue for quite a while now. | sherwood58
09/1/2024 10:58 | I know someone from Spain who used to talk about dealings with the Cubans some decades back. Corruption, at least in paying fees for the kids' education, was going on. The political leaders wanted the deals to go through to get their gifts. Western corruption satisfied the political elite at the expense of the local poor people | book5
09/1/2024 10:53 | If CNR management has given up because they can't win when dealing with two very corrupt regimes( China and Nicaragua ), then it may happen soon. The offers should allow cash to grease the hands of the political elites, who may be able to fix a cut for them. | book5
09/1/2024 10:44 | "Either way, we should hear this/next week." Any evidence for that? Or did you mean 'decade'? | zangdook
09/1/2024 10:30 | That is JM's priority one: Not to lose a penny | book5
09/1/2024 10:28 | I think Calibre are still in the running. Either way, we should hear this/next week. | vermilion1966
09/1/2024 09:58 | A good outcome for Jim Mellon would be to say "oops we don't have all the land despite Mark telling us we have, it's going to cost us $4m, I'd better have some more 15p shares to pay for it." The he accepts the 22p and gets a 50% return on his $4m. Perhaps he could sack Mark and save a bunch of consultancy fees at the same time. I don't know if this would work but I know the outcome will be good for Mellon and not necessarily good for anyone else. And it ought to go without saying that the 22p/share will be kept as one big pot and reinvested in some other Mellon lemon. | zangdook
09/1/2024 09:48 | The objective as last year: To sell above existing Chinese mining company non-bidding offer, …which we don't know, but I suspect is 22p Hence, they rush to try to reach other Chinese companies to try to get a better offer Imho Calibre is out due to government interference Question is who will pay for the rest of the land, around $4million (around 1.75p per share). We have some cash to pay towards the land No news from the village | book5 |
