19/10/2023 18:56 | Book, MC has stated for a while that the government and locals want a new mine/processing plant onsite. Calibre would never build another processing plant at la India given the excess capacity they currently have at libertad. It just doesn't make sense for them. | sherwood58
19/10/2023 11:59 | Calibre has just announced it will buy up to 10% of its shares in public hands. So, they prefer to spend their money in buying their own sells rather than paying over the odds to buy us | book5
18/10/2023 08:57 | Someone exercised 70k options at 22p for £15,400 a couple of days ago. I can get a quote of 18.74p for 70k shares, £13,118 plus commission. £15k isn't going to save the company, and if it was Jimbo would have cranked out another 100k of his 15p warrants. It seems CNR directors are almost as good at investing as they are at mining. Unless...they know that all company funds will be returned to them as consultancy fees, in which case they just increase their fees by £15,400 and the shares are free. | zangdook
13/10/2023 21:56 | 888, what we have will never be as big as calibre. Have a look at their land package. Yes, a lot of their new land packages might be very early days but they have massive potential as well as Nevada. | sherwood58
13/10/2023 19:07 | If,which of course you don’t, others want to take a big positive for CNR from the good results from Calibe, they can. Calibre as you point out in the next valley gives the Companies currently considering buying CNR or its assets a clear business model of what is achievable. It’s impressive and gives very good credibility to Condor’s BFS. CNR will be bigger than Calibre and more profitable. As an added plus the Gold price is rising rapidly and is currently 1930, which increases the value of our gold in the ground. | 888icb
13/10/2023 16:46 | Really outgunned by Calibre - Read it and weep. Earlier this week Calibre announced its record Q3 production and cash position. If you didn’t see it please see the highlights below as well as an overview of our analyst coverage. Very exciting to see the resilience in the gold price which now again is above $1,900 in the face of a rising interest rate environment. (I’ve attached an outlook from a well known fund looking at the macro environment for you, spooler, its positive for commodities/gold.) (also a few research notes from earlier this week) See a link to today’s record Q3 production and now increased cash position of US$97 million. Q3 and Year to Date (“YTD”) 2023 Highlights • Q3 cash increased to $97 million, a 26% increase over Q2 2023 and 72% since the start of 2023 • 4 th Consecutive record consolidated quarterly gold production, 73,485 ounces o 50% increase in gold production compared to Q3 2022 (49,081 ounces) o Nicaragua gold production of 63,756 ounces and Nevada's gold production of 9,729 ounces • Record consolidated YTD gold production of 208,011 ounces o 30% increase in gold production compared to YTD 2022 (160,704 ounces) o Remain well on track to deliver full-year guidance of 250,000 – 275,000 ounces • Exploration success at Libertad yielded an Initial Mineral Resource Estimate at the Volcan Gold Deposit and identified additional gold trends proximal to the mill, providing further opportunity to leverage the available surplus processing capacity; • Continued to expand zones of high-grade gold mineralization within the Limon Mine Complex, at Atravesada and along the VTEM Corridor , demonstrating the expansion and discovery potential across the property; and The potential to increase resources, grade and confidence around the Pan mine was reaffirmed with high-grade, near-surface drill results immediately south and north of the operating mine." 13/10/2023 14:43 | ...because the CNR share price is not correlated to the price of gold by virtue of the fact that we don't have any and have no prospect of having any. | dexdringle
13/10/2023 13:59 | Meanwhile gold is rising rapidly and is currently 1911 having risen strongly all week. Unfortunately so far this has not got a reaction in the CNR shareprice. | 888icb
13/10/2023 13:28 | I'm not going to post the image because it's a bit shocking, but here's a certain tobogganist with his shirt off. | zangdook
12/10/2023 11:47 | """" zangdook 12 Oct '23 - 11:43 - 11772 of 11773 they ought to be able to get an AI bot to do the work for free, and much more coherently and persuasively"""" Well, we already have a CEO who looks like he should have a bolt through his neck....🤣 | dexdringle
12/10/2023 11:44 | """"zangdook 9 Oct '23 - 19:18 - 11768 of 11771 mark and jim are the laurel and hardy of AIM"""" .....but at least Laurel and Hardy were mildly amusing whereas Mark and Jim are as funny as piles. | dexdringle
12/10/2023 11:43 | they ought to be able to get an AI bot to do the work for free, and much more coherently and persuasively. Unless the AI has ethics written in, of course. | zangdook
12/10/2023 10:43 | Don’t worry; the next dilution is mainly to pay 888 and redprinces fees. Money well spent! | oldiegoldie
09/10/2023 19:31 | which far better prospect corrientes? | farrugia
09/10/2023 19:18 | mark and jim are the laurel and hardy of AIM | zangdook
09/10/2023 19:18 | I confess to having sold out entirely last week, sustaining a significant loss, but reinvesting the proceeds for what I hope is in a far better prospect in a much safer investor friendly jurisdiction. | corrientes1
08/10/2023 15:03 | Small mistake dex, reality was more like this „Righty-ho chaps. Theres this spiffing piece of land in El Salvador where we think there might be a lot of gold" Government says no. Righty-ho chaps. Theres this spiffing piece of land in Nicaragua where we think there might be a lot of gold. Also, we have some proven morons on AIM that buy our shares no matter what, as long as our CEO can eat with fork and knife. | oldiegoldie
08/10/2023 13:11 | well, we all had that option It wouldn't surprise if Mark Child, knowing that he would be out of a job when the mine started operating, deliberately stretched it out as long as possible. What other explanation is there for only buying 99.6% of the land? | zangdook
08/10/2023 12:54 | So, we spent £100 million creating an entity which has a current market value of £36 million. I wonder what the breakdown is of the £100 million spent ? I wonder what the business plan (assuming there was one) suggested the business should look like at this point? We would have been far better off if the £100 million had been put in a savings account for 15 years 🤣 | dexdringle
07/10/2023 19:51 | one horse trick | texaschaser
05/10/2023 19:26 | Totally agree with "naive" Another way of putting it might be "Too much of a gentleman" | pugugly |
