Yes the last piece of the outstanding land would have been the major obstacle from a legal perspective.There are many on here who simply are not cut out for AIM - its actually quite embarrassing even if i cant read their drivel.

We will have a binding offer in by end of October imvho.

Guys some of you need to stay clear of AIM and out your money into funds or a bank deposit account.

This has been a tedious wait but i am looking forward to cashing in my chips and leaving the morons behind.

In recent talk in Denver MC said they finally got all land in name of condor so this was not by accident. It will be a requirement of any purchaser to know all land is really owned and part of due dliligence process. MC has posted confidence in a sale and can legally be only allowed to do so if the non binding offers were at an acceptable level. This is also key. The move of the non binding offers is really all that is happening now and i suspect we will hear shortly. These legal processes take a long time and details like land being all in condor name will be needed. this is out of the way so an binding offer could come anytime.

Thanks for the info. Most likely the visits were a state-owned miner, Calibre and the Chinese Co then, none of which led to a concrete bid. No further visits in the last 6 months says it all.

The company needs a plan B or to go into austerity mode and reduce cost to a minimum. Interesting they mentioned that step only as a possibility in the interim results, so not yet prepared to reduce salaries/admin spend.

there was a genuine week long visit by chinese mining company
i reposted news that appeared in local social media
distant rumor was that one of conditions the chinese put was that calibre had to sell to the plant of el limon
also their offer was probably low and linked to other conditions

Correct, the westerners who would want it cannot use it in a meaningful way due to sanctions and political games.

The Chinese/Russian/BRICS-connected potential buyers just wait until it went fully bust, they are not in a hurry.

My guess is that MC will run one final lying campaign to sell some of his own stocks, and then disappear forever.
