22/9/2023 13:29 | there was a genuine week long visit by chinese mining company i reposted news that appeared in local social media distant rumor was that one of conditions the chinese put was that calibre had to sell to the plant of el limon also their offer was probably low and linked to other conditions | book5
22/9/2023 12:27 | @ dead duck Correct, the westerners who would want it cannot use it in a meaningful way due to sanctions and political games. The Chinese/Russian/BRIC My guess is that MC will run one final lying campaign to sell some of his own stocks, and then disappear forever. | oldiegoldie
22/9/2023 11:39 | zangdook see you around keep tune, perhaps in the future there are opportunities here all the best | book5
22/9/2023 11:38 | highley1 that is good indicator for the short term, thanks for your input | book5
22/9/2023 11:34 | I'm out. I ought to have done this in the 20s, or in the 30s. At least I didn't do it in the 15p area. I'll miss you all except the happy morons. | zangdook
22/9/2023 11:27 | book5, I meant a spreadbet, they will allow a buy but not a sell. Not normally a good sign if you're a holder. | highley1
22/9/2023 11:19 | spin is is widespread, so all possible | book5
22/9/2023 11:10 | Getting nearer 888ICB's 14p but market cap still high at $42m. Offers in the $50m range for this project in this climate most unlikely imho. The market cap was in the $33m-$37m range in the first few months of the sales process and buyer interest was negligible; Nov-Dec 22: 1 site visit by a party 'in connection with the sale of assets' Jan-Mar 23: 2 site visit by parties 'in connection with the sale of assets' Apr-Jun 23: no site visits Jul-Sep 23: no site visits (a week to go but calling it) Note that Condor's wording allowed leeway for those visits to not even be from buyers. The first may have been from their sales advisor, another one a visit by the state or Ministry. I expect there was a genuine visit in there by TSX's Calibre but that could have just been to look at the mill to relocate (which the company would only agree to as a last resort to generate some cash to continue paying their salaries). With western sanctions the Chinese are the only real suitor but they'll play the long game and wait for the AIM co to go to the wall first imho, if they're even interested. | dead duck resources
22/9/2023 10:37 | IG never did cds shorts but it may be possible to short via sprea-dbet | book5
22/9/2023 09:38 | IG not taking short positions on CNR. A sign they're expecting the price to move lower. A cash call looks imminent in my opinion. | highley1
22/9/2023 09:27 | Sad that the cuxt hasn't the balls to tell us the truth. | corrientes1
21/9/2023 14:05 | It's probably that someone has set fire to the data room. It's burnt biscuits. | dexdringle
21/9/2023 13:00 | a distant ship smoke on the horizon | zangdook
21/9/2023 11:59 | They're conmen, so their sins can only be found out later. When is the next 'announcement' due, and what will be in it ? Let me have a guess ; something like, 'we're getting there', but with no precise details ? | corrientes1
21/9/2023 10:58 | According to a post some months ago, cnr needs around $4 million to buy the coop’s land and new land for miners. It is very depressing as they spent all raised money last time, and we only get the tangible benefit of having registered some deeds. Rest has been spending unproductively. They should have bought the coop’s land ages ago and tried to sell the project for a higher price. They are building the house starting from the roof. | book5
21/9/2023 09:53 | Jim will force the shareholders to throw in some more pennies. He will get his money back for sure, plus the one from the shareholders | oldiegoldie
21/9/2023 09:51 | Am I right in thinking there was about £500k in the bank account as of June 30. And we are burning about £1m per half. So the pennies must be rattling a little by now towards end of September, all the folding notes have gone? | diggybee
21/9/2023 09:47 | That's because they're both up it already looking for the deeds to the last 0.4% of the land. | zangdook
21/9/2023 02:11 | Should have a side bet on when we discover uranium. Can only be days away. | diggybee
21/9/2023 02:10 | We should have a sweepstake on when this will trade down through 15p. We own all the land There are people queuing in the data roomWe are best mates with Ortega Nicaragua is an excellent mining jurisdictionWe will develop the project with the sag millWe will have a gold back crypto business as a sidelineBest of all though, we have also discovered copper and rio tinto are salivating on the sidelines. | diggybee
20/9/2023 22:04 | I don't know why 888 is so upset. If the deramping on here really does motivate people to sell (🤣), and the price goes down as a result, surely that means he can fill his boots with cheap shares in this company that he thinks are massively undervalued. I would have thought he would be ENCOURAGING the deramping ! | dexdringle
20/9/2023 21:09 | 888IcB I think you should be more precise in your statements. Low volume as such just means the price action is magnified, in both directions, as soon as someone drops in or asks for a larger amount of shares. If I was in your position, I would rather hope for low volume to sustain the current SP | oldiegoldie |
