14/8/2006 16:52 | erbullion, Not sure to be honest. I guess if they can't conclude the deal, they will remain on OFEX, and try for another deal | andy
14/8/2006 15:46 | andy will they get to aim? 3 times they have tried to raise the funds at some point the vendors will call the deal off, what then | erbullion
14/8/2006 15:40 | I think they should let them know that purchasing wont be a problem , and shares are tempting. | mujahid2
14/8/2006 14:27 | Captainfatcat IMHO I should leave well alone from what I have heard on this one. | dev13
14/8/2006 13:53 | erbullion, So do I! IMHO they will not be able to touch that until they are on AIM, and in production. | andy
14/8/2006 13:35 | i think the overdraft can only be used if they complete the deal | erbullion
14/8/2006 13:02 | either way use the funds then raise then pay funds off | mujahid2
14/8/2006 12:59 | The overdraft facility is linked to achieving a certain production rate (ie I think 800 barrels per day) | hard work
14/8/2006 12:58 | gdennett, if i was concorde i would have done the deal with the overdraft witch would help the share price then do the funding meaning a less diluting of shares. | moggey1970
14/8/2006 12:32 | moggey, I thought they would dip into their overdraft facility if there is not a 100% book building exercise. Surely this is a better option to secure the purchase and list on Aim than to lose out. After all the company will be back to square one. | gdennett
14/8/2006 12:23 | Concorde does have $100 million overdraft to call on so this should mean that they don't have to reley on the fund raising for the £25 million. | moggey1970
14/8/2006 11:53 | mujahis2, I would presume at close of business today, although if they are looking to close the book, I presumke they will carry on until teh evening if they have to. No announcement maybe signifies a deal is close? | andy
14/8/2006 10:23 | what time does it expire? | mujahid2
14/8/2006 10:13 | thanks :-) | leesonlookalike
14/8/2006 10:05 | New extension expires today, so still a few hours left LL! | hard work
14/8/2006 08:49 | no news today then.... :-( | leesonlookalike
13/8/2006 23:49 | Just the info I was looking for: | lisafig3
13/8/2006 17:37 | mujahid2, Where do you get the £50 million from? They are currently trying to raise £25 million, but I wouldn't be surprsed of they have to settle for less. Whether or not that is sufficient for them to complete the Pechora purchase is the question IMO. Tomorrow could be interesting... | andy
13/8/2006 15:59 | The New Issues List is a list of all new companies which are either seeking admission to one of our markets or "have been admitted to trading within the last seven days". This list provides basic information on the company, terms of the offer and its sponsors. they have £50 mil surely they got to pull this deal off with all the delays , market has returned positive, just what they been waiting for.Plenty to be made by CDE. Any phone call email response anyone. DONE DEAL. | mujahid2
13/8/2006 15:53 | seagreen, I would certainly wait for the news before doing anything drastic! I'm not sure what will happen if they cannot complete the deal, I guess they will have to look for another one, as they will remain an OFEX isted stock, but their credibility will have been dellt a sever blow. I still feel they were very unlucky as market sentiment swung just as they were finalising their placing details. | andy
13/8/2006 15:48 | ready to tear up share certificate...wot a fiasco..lets hope we are surprised! | seagreen
13/8/2006 11:03 | majahid2, Yes I guess we will hear by Tuesday latest. | andy
13/8/2006 10:31 | Due to continued adverse market conditions, it has not been possible to complete the acquisition of Pechora Energy within the modified timeframe. The Company has agreed a new extension with the vendor, which will expire on 14th August 2006. | mujahid2 |
