Excellent based upon quality and value. Share price is currently close to its 200 day moving average suggesting short term weakness. I suspect that institutional investors have sold off CCC to favour more cyclical stocks. Hope I'm proved right when final results are published. Nothing hitherto to alarm small investors either.

I've also starting picking some up here. Scaling in on the drop.Current weakness probably due to a bit of stock rotation as money moves into some other sectors more focused on the forthcoming lockdown easing.. travel, retail etc..

Bought in here for a modest stake a few days ago - given current trading, cash position, accreditations / reputation, etc the recent price fall looks over done. Just wondering if the intraday is always so volatile???

Can't find any evidence of existing or new short positions so wondering if activity on IG Index (or similar) is driving very short term price fluctuations.

Pidgit, yes, and a few individual ones who are rather worried about current exuberance so are taking a bit of cash off the table (eg me)

I think it's just a valuation thing and some rebalancing.

While not expensive, it's simply not as cheap as it was and there will be some institutional holders who have made large profits over a medium term period and 'need' to sell some to rebalance their portfolios.

They all do it, it's just a question of when - they don't advertise it.

Its certainly difficult to reconcile the share price drop since the TS on 22-Jan-21 with the contents of the RNS.
